@miloara1234 Actually you can, you can customize hair, eye color, hair color, complexion, facial hair all the way down to the shape of your face, but you can't change the voice

There's a glitch on this achievement. If you don't mark Chapter 3 as "read" before you kill the Arishok the achievement wont pop.

@dranso50 Not that important, you could get it in the chantry, its like a small book or a box. If your playing it on PC press TAB a long time for you to see all things in that place.
