a lot of small drummer boys has been killed on battlefields. by the european battle of waterloo nearby all. i like the scene in John Ford's The Horsesoldiers, when the Yankees see a compay of kids (Southern recruits) coming to her battle positions, and "The Duke" gave the order for retreat. one ist fact, another one reality, sometimes i prefer the legend.

It is great to see this again. I believe I was 11 the last time. Walt Disney certainly knew how to get young people interested in our country's history. Great show!
