Bing had a pretty energetic work-out despite the song's lyrics saying this was supposed to be just a relaxing thing.
This is a fairly early color TV broadcast, from the early '60s, before the great majority of people in the USA even had a color TV.

Bing Crosby will forever be the best singers that ever lived. Frank Sinatra admired him as well and once thanked him for getting his career started.
