A beautiful video but terrible advice.
A better way to deal with angry people is to remember...
1) Angry people cannot hurt you. Let them scream all they want. So what?
2) Angry people are simply scared. They're afraid that if they don't get what they want that they will suffer.
3) Try to be helpful. Give them what they want. Why not? Who cares? Do you argue with a screaming baby? No! You try to passify them.
4) Yes, it' really is a big baby!!! Hug it and tell it that you love it!!!!
