i could never live such in a place as this,it was enough watchin few pictures of this town and realize how is cold weather there outside in the winter ,id rather livin in a warmer location,already where i come from is a bit cold in the winter for me,i m talking about northen italy,but i thank god for havent been born over the 45 of latitude,,,

What people means with Norilsk being a closed city?

Norilsk is a closed city because a special permission (apart from the Russian visa) should be executed in the State Authority of the city to arrive in Norilsk. Therefore It is almost impossible to foreigner to arrive and see this city. Even if you have the Russian visa and arrive in airport you cannot make a step over the airport territory since you do not have the special permission.
