I have been visually impaired since birth and my twin sister is blind. This trailer stunned me. Being reasonably un-PC for art's sake is fine, but this was extremely offensive to me. Not because of the violence, since anyone struck by fear lashes out, but by the fact that, once in the wards, the people were helpless--soiling themselves, stealing, etc. Not how we act at all. We're capable of caring for ourselves, living happily. Takes more than just wearing a blindfold to understand us.

This was a pretty descent movie. It was a long time since they showed a good movie. just imagening the situation were everyone is blind is scary. I recommend it.

The whole trade women sex for food scene pisses me off more than you can imagine. I would have killed the lot of ward 3. One 38 six shooter with no source of ammo other than the few shots in chamber. They let that control them and their women get rapped. FUCK THAT SHIT

Very interesting, it really got me thinking and at 5:56 they say that the author didn't want it to be set in a recognizable place and well its set in São Paulo and although I'm Brazilian I only recognized when I read in an article.

I like it! so good! the cast is perfect, amazing. I think people will be like..."hey they're not 'acting' blind...". you would think that Federation for the Blind would applaud this type of film?
