Do i do all workouts: traps, shoulders, biceps, upper abs.... or should i start with some exactly workout? I have fat belly and my cheast. Should i start this video workout first then move to othere, plzz respond. thank you for your time xD

We'll i got a 4 pack on the top that barely shows like it connects kinda because i have some fat. @punx3rocker not in six weeks, im 14 and iweight 155 but im 6.1 6weeks is too short off a time period, you need to eat healthy get a schedule include cardio ab and chest work out. 3-4 times a week you will loose the weight if you stick with the schedule, just eat right and workout your body. ive looked around alott but like alot off ppl iam very lazy. just do begginer stuff and add a complicated workout every week you will soon see effects if you acomplish good cardio and ab workout.

I have lost quite alot of weight on my own and since starting your ab workouts there has been a definite improvement.
I have one last 'layer' of flab that is covering my abs, when I flex I can see my top two but not so clearly. Just wanted to let you know. Oh and also the lower part of my stomach is a bit flabbier than the rest. Any workouts to blast the fat out of there?
@Joshmv14 Glad the workouts is helping you get the body you want: Try and do some full body workouts like this beginner workout and also Instantripped and any one of my other full body workouts as this will really help you get rid of that last bit of fat! Good luck!
Try do at least a little cardio a day. Once as soon as you get up. Best time to burn fat and then again in the afternoon(min at least 20 minutes of High interval training and after building muscle) or if you have the time, before each meal.

Like Hoy said, it depends on a few things but it will also depend on how much your muscles are build up right now. For example if you have never trained your abs and don't really have abs standing out so to speak it coudl be very hard to get them to show, no matter how skinny you are. So if you feel you are underweight you are actually at a good place to start from as you don't need to lose any fat and could just start building some muscle. Get into gym and build some muscle, starting with abs!
Everything is not going to depend on just one workout or meal. You need to eat well throught the day and make sure you are on a powerful workout program. So without any more info it is hard to say why you are not losing weight.

Depends how often you workout and what you eat. You can get one in 3 weeks easily if you kept up with it.
