My sister lives in Denmark and has since 1972. They were a complete socialist society then with very little capitilizim. Over the years they found that it just did not work cause when you remove all initiative for people to achieve then who can you tax. Also, all businesses with 25 plus employees will have to pay for their employees insurance or if opting out, then supply them with a check each month in equal amount. Insurance companies will not be allowed to screen for pre-existing conditions, drop individuals from their plan for pre-existing conditions, or even conduct 10 year history searches on people to check for an any number of conditions. It's not universal health care and it's not privatized capitalism either.
