Nope, just done using the colour pass effect in Adobe Premiere, sound effects are from Counter Strike, and voice overs are cut from different scenes.

I edited in Adobe Premiere, which has an effect called "Colour Pass", with this you can make the image black and white and only have a certain colour or range of similar colours show through.
