  • That's a good movie poor Bobby :(

  • i hope they all pay in karma///// what goes around comes around

  • There is a big difference here. I am not a contemporary Christian so I am not ORDERED to forgive. This woman, her church, pastor and community CAUSED this young man to HATE himself to the point of suicide. And this is not an isolated incident. I have NO USE for organized religion.

    i

  • this is so sad natalee and bobby im so sorry for them oh and is that the same mom

  • >Disown your son and pretty much tell him you don't love him anymore.

    >Cry about him when he kills himself.

Fuck that whore of a mother.

  • this movie is so sad I cried when I watched it and I cried just watching this preview

  • @xkatyx3

    Ciao Bella!

Perdonarmi Cara Ragazza Bella e Dolce! That opener in "Italiano" darling, is me asking forgiveness of you "Dear Beautiful Sweet Girl", basically for failing to respond to this very "heartfelt" comment of yours! Yes "Cara Ragazza Dolce" or dear sweet girl, Bobby and Mary Griffiths' story is one of deep sadness and tragedy!

  • absolutly amazing :)

  • love is in everyone, but hate is only in some people. shame on hate people. love will always win.

  • God is the only judge. Anyone who judges other people is going against God and trying to place themselves above God. There is only ONE judge and that is God, and God love's his children, unconditionally.

  • There is only one judge and that is God., All of the so-called christians that judge gays will go to HELL. Jesus and God judge, human beings that think they can judge are pretending to be God, and God hates those people.

God loves gays, and hates judgemental people pretending to be God.

  • @lostalex77

    Ciao Bello!

Bless you for this Alex, you are so "Spot On"! Many self described "Christians" are all too inclined to judge others, based on "Mosaic Law", Leviticus 18:22 specifically! They almost gloat in imagining those whom they've judged in G-Ds name, to be cast off from his love! But in doing so, they themselves become subject to those laws, and fall woefully short! You've made Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here, very proud of you for this!

    Blaine

  • This movie was really inspiring,! loved it, i cry everytime i watch this,

  • "My Son is dead, let me out!!" that raw display of emotion is the metaphor that sums it up, Great work!!

  • @rohe7291

You got that right my friend! I actually heard about Bobbys' death by accident and had always wondered just how a scene in life like this really played out!

    Blaine

  • oh my goodness this movie would make me cry... i know im going to have to see it though

  • what the? so sad God does love you but not their actions.

  • if you're gay i feel for you on judgement day!

  • @sexybrown091 : Hey people look in to this girls channel, she a bitch talking about going to the hell... go find a life sexybrown91, dont point fingers, dont throw rocks if your house is made a glass...!!!!

  • @sexybrown091

    @DudaCassiano

Hey "Sexy Ms. Brown", passing judgement upon others based on the proscriptions of "Mosaic Law" make you subject to those laws as well! I've been to your channel, and frankly darlin you look like a "Jezebel" yourself and are clearly in violation of many of those proscriptions (Old Laws) ! I mean honey for all the face paint (Makeup) alone!

    Blaine

  • @sexybrown091 Why? For being who God made them to be? For someone condemning people because your religion says to, you sure are breaking a lot of the rules yourself. You should probably go back and reread the bible, cause in case you didn't notice, it says that women are to be subservient to men and that there is nothing wrong with slavery. I'm willing to bet that you don't subscribe to those doctrines.

  • Does anybody know what music this is?

  • @TheWeddingProducer it's gay music, does that bother you?

  • @lostalex77 What a stupid reply. I'm just inquiring about the music cuz I liked it.

  • Comment removed

  • @DRYKJ17 stop your lying bitch

  • I came out at 14 (I'm 16 now) and since my family isn't very religious at all and extremely liberal, and because of that, when i came out it was like no big deal at all, i have no restrictions, my parents were and never was passive aggressive towards me being gay, they loved me that much more because i trusted them enough to come out to them. Stories and movies like this brings me down to earth and open my eyes to the hate that i never experienced. I'm glad my eyes were open to this hate,i learn

  • Just the trailer has made me cry.

  • i love this movie! im gay as well but i dnt undrstand the bible says so many things bout homosexulity that we will not enter his kingdom and burn in hell ! so im so confused,,,,,,,, ima strong christian n i follow God's word, so im like am i really goin to hell??? i just get sick to my stomache just thinking bout it

  • @sxytgirl

    Cara Ragazza Bella!

It's Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here to make certain that you are aware of just how precious and loved you are by a most compassionate and loving G-D! No one darling, but the "Host of Hosts" himself can pass judgement upon you! Would you believe "Sweetie" that after Bobbys death years ago, his former boyfriend here began studying "Theology", even specializing in the "extant" teachings of "Christian Mystics"?

I'll be here for you "Babe"!

  • @sxytgirl I'm an atheist so, yeah I have no fears at all, and since my family is non-religious, my parents accepted me without a second thought.

  • @sxytgirl i don't go to church at the moment but im sure, that when those things are said in that book about that, they have the same value as getting divorce. thousands of people get divorced every day. in the bible, doesn't it say that people who get divorced will go to hell too? i believe all people deserve to be treated the same, with kindness and acceptance. anyone who says different, is sick in the head.

  • @sxytgirl It only matters your relationship with God. If you have a relationship with God, no one else matters.

  • I watched this movie and it made me cry. We have got to stop the torture and harassment all gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender people are given. I love Jesus Christ and have no problem with gay, lesbian, etc lifestyle and if you think there's no place in heaven for people like Bobby you need to read the bible more because many other scriptures besides one's covering homosexuality have been adapted over time and always remember what John 3:16 said about who believes in Jesus Christ!

  • @maggiethesinger

    Ciao Bella!

Maggie "Amica Mia"! It's Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend here, wishing to thank you for these both sweet and truly "Christ Like" words! I sense that you would never dream of attempting to disenfranchise another child of G-D gay or straight from his love, is beautiful and does both you and the "The Host of Hosts"great credit! I saw Bobbys' Mother Mary Griffith last week, for the first time since the mid 1990s! We spoke of wonderful people like you!

    Blaine

  • @maggiethesinger

    Ciao Bella!

Maggie Darling! Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here wishes to thank you for this beautiful and loving comment of yours here! It truly brings tears of joy to my eyes that you and your entire generation really "Get It"! I feel like reciting what legend has Elizabeth l speak upon learning she was "Queen"! Psalm 118:22 "This is the Lords' doing and it is marvelous in our eyes"! Your citation of John 3:16 is not only apt darling, but utterly sublime!

  • @japhy1979

    Ciao!

Dear folks I'm just so overjoyed and cannot sleep! Though I haven't heard from Bobbys' mother Mary Griffith in years, and really had lost contact, I had hoped that someone might forward my contact info to her! And lo and behold today I received an email from her! After a couple of wonderful exchanges, I offered to go to the town that Bobby and I grew up in, and collect her for coffee! She sweetly emailed me back, inviting me to a "Family Barbeque" this coming Sunday!

    Blaine

  • this movie was MAD sad omg I usually don't cry for movies

  • I cried watching this, knowing that SSM was just legalized in New York.

  • this looks really good but its sad how it takes death sometimes for people to realize things

  • planned on watchin' this today, netflix ain't got it. if trailer almost made me cry, lord knows i will in the movie ha (:

  • Absolutely incredible trailer.

  • What a BRILLIANT performance by the whole cast! This movie makes me cry everytime! Even the trailer gets me! This movie has changed me life(: I love it

  • @hombros124

    Ciao Bello!

I know "Ragazzo Dolce" (Sweet Boy/Guy) that your comment here is a couple months old, but Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here thinks it's never too late to tell someone how thrilled he, that is I am to read that you were moved by Bobbys' story, and that your life was changed in some way! My hope is that you drew strength and possibly pride in who and what your are my boy! I know I sure as heck am proud of you!

    Con L'Amore e Molti Baci!

  • My ex moved away to Florida, and before he moved i told him and wrote him a letter on how i truely felt about him.On how much i really loved him and cared for his safety. He knows that i know his Mother does not accept his Homosexuality,So along with the letter i gave him movies i recommended him to see.My 1st choice was Prayers For Bobby. He's gone now, and i don't expect to ever see him again. He got me to come out of the closet and changed my life. I'd regret not telling him 'I love you.'

  • @100adamwheeler

    Ciao Bello!

What a good friend you are to your Ex! Having at one time been Bobby Griffiths' young lover/boyfriend, I'm glad that his story is truly resonating with a global audience! You'd be shocked if I detailed the overall reaction to Bobbys' suicide almost 30yrs ago, to what it is today! People and none to few mind you, openly said things to me like"Good riddance, why haven't you done the same yet"? Of coarse had my Dad, who liked Bobby very much heard that, POW!

  • This has got to be one of THE MOST saddest movies I've ever seen...

  • I honestly dont think we could bring the Bible or any other Holy book into an argument like this. Why? Because not everyone has the same beliefs, and they have a right to do so. Point is, we'll never end this argument because everyone has a different standpoint. And for the record, I dont believe LGBT is wrong.

  • this literally breaks my heart, that one of the Lords amazing creatures would take their life because they think of it as not worthy! such a hard struggle Rest in peace dear Bobby

  • I don't agree with people being gay but this really touched me. I absolutely don't agree with people judging gays or insulting them, if you have ever put down someone for being gay, then screw you U heartless bastard..that's all I have to say

  • @Jesse72135

    Ciao

Jesse "Amico Mio" It's Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend here, to say that the comments following"I don't agree with people being gay" are so generous and heartfelt, that just perhaps it might better characterize your beliefs to say that you don't understand "Being Gay"? It's not something that you need to or not agree with! You're sweetly lashing out like a fierce protector of perhaps gay friends or family of your acquaintance!

I sense a huge heart there my friend

    Blaine

  • does anyone know this movie about a latino kid who is gay, and grows up to be a transvestite. but he then was murderd ???

  • @retrOvampiirE Are you talking about A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story? It came on Lifetime a while ago... O.o'

  • @retrOvampiirE i think i know what yu mean. but he wasn't gay. i think he was transexual. transexual is not the same as gay.

  • thumbs out if you support pushing the boundaries of love and acceptance, not only gay pride. <3

  • @Yoursogayemii

    Ciao Bello!

    Emiliano il mio amico!

Bobby Griffiths' onetime lover/boyfriend is right with you on that one! It appears "Amico Mio" that the "Thumbs Up" wildly outnuber the others! "Molto Fantastico"! Yeah!!!!

    Grazie Mille Ragazzo Bello!

    Il Suo Nuovo Amico

    Blaine

  • this is son wrong

  • Every time I see the scene where Sigourney Weaver is wet, in the church, pouring her heart out to the Pastor, I start crying, and I just cannot stop the tears from falling. Gets me EVERY time.

  • the dude who plays bobby he also plays a kid named ryan in smallville... hes sooooooooo cute!

  • i swear there is only one thing i just hate about gay guys, they're always so HOT!!! ITS NOT FAIR!!!!!! =3

  • For whoever needs/wants to know, the song in this trailer is called I Am Lincoln on the soundtrack from the movie The Island.

  • I dont care if you are gay or not..they r no different then any other people damnit

  • What's this song called?

  • i'm a christian and i disagree with homosexual BUT i can't change the mind of people and God loves them just the same and i don't go around trying to force people to not be gay or anything thats there decsion no one else and if they choose it thats there decsion you can't make people not be gay all you can do is let them know that Jesus luvs you

  • @tadpolehammy44

but that's the thing. being gay isn't a choice tbh. if u ask ANY gay person, they're going to tell you, it's NOT a choice. they can't help it. i'd no from experience, because i'm gay. trust me i'd never choose the harder life, and neither would gay people. it's not a choice, it's a blessing in disguise.

  • @FightingZerk ik what people say cause i just had 1 of my friends tell me they were gay i accepted i was shocked and he said he was happy im not going to judge him and me and him r still friends it sucks he is gay cause he is such a gentelmen and he cant figure out how to tell his mom got any advice

  • @tadpolehammy44

well i can give some advice i guess.

first he should plan it out. have a backup plan. if his parents are homophobic then he should prepare for some items might be taken away from him, like a car or computer or phone. they also might kick him out, so he should try to find a place to stay.

but every one's living situation is different. so that's pretty much the best i can do.

    *have a backup plan*

  • @FightingZerk thank you ill tell him cause he has to tell his mom so i hope he doesn't get shot or something his mom might hit the roof

  • damn, never seen the movie, but even the trailer is making me cry. =( T_T

  • Comment removed

  • @xRyDoNxFoReVeRx You're not the only one who's crying.I think the main reason it's affecting me so much is that I have a friend who is going through this right now. He is bisexual, and his parents are EXTREME religion fanatics. He has to go through hell every day. I'm glad my school has a GSA. I'm really worried about him, and my greatest fear is that something like this will happen. If you are reading this right now, Tony, know I love you for who you are, and don't you dare give up hope.

  • I first saw the movie on lifetime, but watched it again on youtube recently. Still makes me cry. Two parts that really get me are when she breaks down at the church after having the dream and coming to the realization that there was nothing wrong with Bobby and the end when she hugs the kid. Anyone interest, the movie can be rented and purchased through VOD on amazon. I'm too impatient to wait for a DVD by mail. It's definitely worth a watch.

  • Even the trailer makes me cry.

  • @Episcokid33 i agree with you although the bible does state that homosexuality is wrong and that it is a sin that is not the real issue one of the points of christianity is NOT to judge and put down others but rather simply embrace them with the love of God 1 JOHN 4:7 " Dear friends, let us love one another, because love comes from God. Whoever loves, is a child of God and knows God". Christ died for ALL Of US for we ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

  • Awwwwwww poor Bobby

  • god i love this movie, i cry evertime

  • This trailer gives me chills.

    Best movie ever.

  • oh my god... im 22 and gay. i completely started crying when i was watching this, even when i think about the movie i start to cry. i can relate to bobby. this movie was based on a true story too.

  • @samchinky1 You are incorrect on your interpretation of that bible verse, but i am not going to argue with you, because in all likelihood you are too brainwashed to even hear out what I have to say... I will say this, I am saddened that there are still those that ascribe to a theology of hate and prejudice, rather than love and acceptance. Jesus came to bring an end to Old corrupt laws of hatred and injustice... not to promote them more! Your in my prayers.

  • Comment removed

  • you get all emotional just watching the trailer! I loved this movie!

  • This was the saddest movie I ever seen in my life. I can't get it out of my head, that poor boy jumped off a bridge because his mother could not understand anything.

  • *sigh* i know exactly how the kid in the movie felt....

  • This is my favorite movie EVER! I'm 13 and bi and when I watched this with my gay mother and bi sister we were all crying by the end... I haven't seen this since it first premiered on Lifetime and I want to see it again...

  • @sexyemopuppy How can your mother be gay? She gave birth to you.

  • @iBoy2G Homosexuality does not equate to infertility.

  • @iBoy2G She was married to my father for about 12 years, they got divorced when I was 5, and when I was 6 my mom realized that she's gay.

  • Thumps up if you support gay pride!! :D

  • @Horrormaster95 I love how your comment has 69 likes :D

  • @Horrormaster95 GAYPRIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Even the trailer makes me tear up. I still haven't watched the movie yet, but I REALLY really want to.

  • @ItsSounallee It's a good one. Occasionally they will play it on lifetime.

  • My absolute favorite movie <3

  • I love the moment when the priest says that God loves all of us for who we are. That really touches me. After all, if God did not intend for us to be a certain way, why would he put us on Earth? Maybe this is just one more challenge he has created for us to make us into better people.

  • @TotoisLostInOZ

Yes God accepts U as U R because He is Love, but because He loves U, that love changes/transforms U from the OLD U 2 a NEW U IN CHRIST. When a person accept the love of JESUS into their life the Holy Spirit TRANSFORMS U & everything u knew b4 stays in the past. HIS character sets in, if U allow it. His character is PERFECT, everything that used 2 B a flaw in U will B made perfect. There is no way that U can stay the same after u have Jesus w/in U.

  • @TotoisLostInOZ

Yes, God loves the sinner, but NOT the sin! Change comes through the Holy Spirit through building a relationship with Christ through study & prayer. This movie, "Prayers for Bobby" is giving the wrong message to all people that are Christians and want to believe in God & His Love for them. God does say, "Come as you are" but he means...to bring all your baggage ,problems ,trials to the alter because God will handle them ALL IN TIME and if you trust Him.

  • @TotoisLostInOZ some people like to say I am going to wait until I stop drinking, change my sexual preference, come as you are).( I am going to stop going to the club), Come as you are, The point being whatever baggage you have, drop at the alter and if you pray and believe along with being sincere, God will do the rest over time or he may choose overnight it is all in the heart and wanting and trying to be faithful. So let go and Let God.

  • @TotoisLostInOZ

JAMES 4:17 So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin. There are as many excuses as there are people in the world NOT to follow the Word of God. I say, the Devil is the father of ALL excuses. So take action in your life if you'd like to be part of the Kingdom that awaits us on the New Earth along side our Saviour Jesus Christ.

  • @TotoisLostInOZ

Lady Gaga is only partially correct when she says: "We are born this way!" We are born in sin, yes, but it doesn't mean that we MUST accept sin 2 stay in our lives to keep us away from perfection which God meant us to become. God's love WILL change you 100% of whatever evil maybe plaguing your life at the moment, all you have to do is ACCEPT IT, accept His change, LET GO & LET GOD!!!

  • I totally just ordered this movie off of Ebay <3 I cant wait until it gets here <3 ^.^.....This movie is the most sensitive movie i have ever watched. It doesnt matter how may times i watched it i cry EVERYTIME <3

  • i saw the movie for the first time on friday, im onli 12 yrs old and i cried sooooo hard. To think that ur own mothers ignorence pushes u to die rather then live, is a HORRIBLE thought.if u agree like this comment if not....

U R A VERY HORRIBLE,SICK PERSON AND ITS BECAUSE OF PPL LIKE U THAT INNOCENT, BEAUTIFUL,WONDERFUL PPL LIKE BOOBY GRIFITTH COMMIT SUICIDE BECAUSE THEY FEEL THAT THEY R NOT LOVED BUT LIL DO THEY KNO, THEY R LOVED BY PPL LIKE ME AND OTHER HOMOS,AND ADVOCATES OF THE GAY SOCEITY.

  • This movie was absolutely amazing. I think it's a good movie to watch now especially with all the suicides that are going on. Believing in God or not or believing that homosexuality is wrong or not does not give people the right to spew hate at people that are different. God isn't the one hating and God isn't the one judging. It's us.

  • I've never cried so much in my life. "Prayers for Bobby" is a film that all people living on this earth should see. It is informative. It is inspirational. It is perhaps one of the best films ever created, and that's not a title I give out lightly. I will continue to watch this film again and again, as well as spread the word and hope that acceptance will some day be reached.

  • This movie is the most amazing movie ever made <3 I can watch this 1 milliojn times and I cry everytime <3 Absolutely breathtaking <3

  • I cried....

  • This movie is amazing, just watching the trailer brings tears to my eyes.

  • I cry every time I watch this trailer. Such a beautiful movie.

  • I cried... watching this trailer. I cant wait to watch this movie.

  • Why does he care about what his mom thinks so much? Forget his mother. If she doesn't care then I wouldn't care about her. My mom cares about me but I could give a shit about her. Once I'm off to college and have a decent job I'm definitely going to forget about her and my dumb ass family. FUCK FAMILY! ALL YOU NEED ARE LOYAL FRIENDS. FAMILY SHAMLEY

  • @steve15sanchez im sorry but family will be there for you when your down not your friends and if your mom cares about you then why shouldn't you care about her you need a reality check kid

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @steve15sanchez However, It is stressful to live with idiotic parents. For example, I have to keep telling myself that my parents are wrong, there is nothing wrong with being ambitious, or having the friends I have, or ranting about gay rights a lot (they tell me I'm a pervert who needs to talk about something else, as soon as I'm gone I'm going to tell them I'm a yaoi fangirl so FUCK THEM) , or being asexual, or walking with another female, to keep myself sane. The U in 2!!!

    NaomiLawlietJr

  • @NaomiLawlietJr I agree with your first statement, and I can't wait to be out of the house, but...see above to read the rest of my rant.

  • @NaomiLawlietJr

    Ciao Bello!

    Naomi l'amica mia!

"Bellezza" darling! Bobby Griffiths' onetime lover/boyfriend here to offer my support! Tell your friend that the "Angst" he's going through can be entirely normal, aside from the queer (LGBT/gay) thing! Things are far different today for queer (LGBT/gay) people than when Bobby and I were to young "Out" boys! Should either of you "Amica Mia" need me for anything, I'll be here for you!

    Sinceramente!

    Il Suo Nuovo Amico

    Blaine

  • I think people need to understand that we can't take the Bible %100 literally word for word. The passages that speak about "homosexuality" have been mistranslated, misunderstood, and misused for quite a long time. There is nothing wrong with being gay, and I only hope that Christians and the rest of the world realize that, so we can make a better tomorrow. Say no to homophobia, racism, and all forms of hate! This is coming from a straight Christian male!

  • this movie made me cry so much!

  • Comment removed

  • I could watch this movie a million times over, and still cry like a baby each time. It speaks volumes about what real people go through, and I believe that everyone should see it.

  • Nice trailer, you don't really need to see the movie because this trailer told pretty much everything.

  • This is by far the saddest movie i have ever seen. I have never cried because of a movie till now. I even feel bad for the mother at the end.

  • i saw this movie for the first time january 25 2009 my birthday :) best birthday gift ever. i cried so hard.

  • is this the band of brothers theme song? haha

  • the trailer made me cry

  • @MizKiwii me too!!!

  • I run a very popular LGBT blog. If anyone wants to see it, you should send me a message :]

  • Mary did what any mother would do, try to protect her son from the dangers of our world, & being gay means the dangers are out there, AIDS homophobia, but in life everyone faces the downside to life I applaud her for going toward the light to realize that we all have a struggle & support is what wwe need to get past it

  • @RoHe9090

True my friend, you seem to understand that Bobbys' story is about Marys'

trancendent journey and dedication to save other "Bobbys"as much as it

was about him! When I first heard of Bobbys' suicide it was so incompre-

hensible and disturbing that I just locked it away in my head for a couple

of years!. As the years passed I wached Mary, and her efforts from a distance.

I had loved Bobby and the pain remained with me for years!

    Blaine

  • I cried just watching the trailer

  • @DillonCallaway i almost did 2

  • Anyone know the music at the end?

  • @PenBitter its called "My Name is Lincoln" by Steve Jablonsky from the soundtrack "The Island" :D

  • @ChristinaxXF Thank you very much!

  • @PenBitter np! :)

  • i cry just watching the trailer. it is such a sad movie. but it is fantastic. <3

  • This is the best movie ever. When Bobby died, I cried all the way to the end. It's so sad. I love this movie so much. Everyone needs to know that homosexuality is NOT bad. GIVE THE NEW GENERATION OF PEACE AND HAPPINESS BETWEEN LOVERS, WHOEVER THEY CHOOSE ! People need to stop listening to the bible because it's not what GOD wants, it is what humanity thinks of life and the afterlife

NOTE : There are no cure for Homosexual because it's NOT A DISEASE ! (Reference from the movie).

  • @WeirdoTT

You and your "Generation" as you describe are impressive! I am so thrilled at the things you all will take for granted. You navigate

through sexuality, same sex marriage, children in same sex families and

a host of other things with the greatest of ease! Bobby and I could only dream

of such things. When he and I were "out" together and dating, the world was

quite a hostile place! How things have and are still changing!

To love whom ever you choose!

    May G-D Bless You!

    Blaine

  • @WeirdoTT I totally agree with you. very well put.For the people who think God hates homosexuals, take a look at what your saying and think about it, why would the Lord hate someone he created? He made us who we are for a purpose.

  • My parents reacted that way and they kicked me out. The sad thing is even if i died they would never see it that way

  • I loved it. I'm gay and I made my mom watch it w/ me. It brought us closer together

  • Who cares about the bible. If your gay, your gay. If your straight, your straight. As long as your happy it shouldn't matter. Don't let a book control your life.

  • @RyanottoMr i agree...lol what you said reminds me of twilight. DONT LET A BOOK CONTROL YOUR LIFE! RAWR!

  • great movie

  • You almost cried? I cried like a baby... twice. To loose a son? I dont know what i would do if i lost my daughter... and to know it was my fault? I would probably jump too

  • Oh god I almost cried just watching this.

I have to see the movie.

  • This is so sad. =[ Im bisexual Im scared my mom will be liek that too if she finds out. Cause Shes a hardcore christian

  • Sorry but now that Sig is in Avatar now the music for this trailer reminds me TOO much of "that flying scene" part in Avatar HAHAHA. Still if you don't cry during this awesome this movie then you have no soul.

  • STORY OF MY LIFE MINUS THE SUICIDE

  • Lol, does the trailer use the same music that the Avatar trailer did? That's funny, because they both have Sigourney Weaver. But an amazing movie! Watch it!

  • This movie was good, well i sorta stopped watching it when Bobby committed suicide but it was good so far. -.-

  • wow....its funny how i can relate to every piece of this story....i just havnt killed myself yet....being gay is not a sin and no therapist, preacher, church person can change you god gave each of us a life to live and there is a reason for everything we do,gays straights bisexuals transgender we all have a purpose in life you do not need to be the term "normal"to have love from god...we are all normal and we are all loved in gods eyes.

  • @smile4tomorrow Smile... we were born out of the box ;) some people just cant see it. We are special the way we are. Sexual orientation or gender identity are nothing more than qualities like hair color or skin color are. Our families love us... its bad some cant accept us. Loving is easy, accepting? whole different story.

  • I don't know if I could handle this movie.

  • @gnc623: Wow... You're ignorant. The bible was ALSO written by mere humans who could have possibly bent what god said to their satisfaction. Love and kindness are all that really matter. You can believe what ever the hell you want. Follow some stupid book written by dumb humans. It's only going to make you a bitter and lonely person. Have fun with that.

  • @jiisan911 Well, I must admit - it's lonely at the top :) I am guessing that you have read hardly any of the Bible and know nothing of God's laws. Enlighten yourself. Read about God's laws. Let me ask you, then...what do you go by? What do you follow, or whom do you follow? Love and kindness are great and fantastic wonders and are of God, but those alone won't get you into heaven. God is a God of love, but He is also a God of justice, and those who don't obey His laws will be punished.

  • I've never cried so much in my life when i viewed this movie. Beautiful and tragic story.

  • @ydubther i know rite!!!!!

  • I'm ok with me, & theres no need for me to justify

  • I almost cried watching this trailer. Wow. I dont think I could make it through the movie. hah. You people are really stupid. The only thing I ever learned at Chruch was that god loves everyone. Gays included. so stop bitching & just leave people alone. It really does effect you at all anyway so just leave it alone.

  • For starters, the bible doesnt speak on homosexuality AT ALL. Its referring to prostitution & rape. Educated people with real knowledge of scripture get this. The word Homosexual never even entered the bible until the mid 19th century in new translations. ALSO...EVEN IF it were a 'sin' to be gay (which its not) but EVEN IF IT WAS, How could anyone be so CRUEL as to speak ill of the dead and in turn cause more pain to the poor family. So much for being Christ-like. Heartless Creep!

  • amen. there are no condemnations of "homosexuality" in the bible, only rape, pederasty, prostitution, sexual slavery and the practice of soldiers raping others as a show of 'masculinity' and power over others.

The bible also is remarkably anti-woman, yet only the worst mind-controlled bigots (cough cough VATICAN cough cough) believe women are lesser than men.

Historical Context, people. Learn to love more.

  • @Episcokid33

Leviticus 18:22 " 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

Leviticus 20:13 " 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

Now, back in those times people were put to death for many things. Arms were removed for stealing, etc. In todays standards the act of intercourse should not be tolerated but being a homosexual is a different matter

  • @timajones03...you should view the documentary "For the Bible Tells me so". Just see it.
