Chia - Salvia hispanica - is a common plant in - tada - Mexico and contains up to 64 per cent Omega 3s - that´s world record and much more than any oily fish.
Married to garlic and spices like black cumin, eating organic grown vegetables from local markets not supermarkets, I´ve had the total amount of three colds since 1998.
Does that count as evidence?
There are hundreds of plants for your immune system in the world, but you won´t find them at commercial supermarkets.
Actually, it does not count as evidence. Individual cases like yourself include far too many variables to make any reliable conclusions about the efficacy of such treatments. One alternative explanation is that, due to the lower volume of customers at a local market, there is a decreased likelihood of catching a cold from other patrons compared to a supermarket setting. When these remedies are looked at in controlled studies, the effects are far less impressive.
@peach1981 Actually, overpriced and still-mineral-deficient "organic" food has even more hype and aggressive marketing than regular food. If you really want to eat "right", garden your own or find a farm that doesn't use fertilizer.

You are right peach. I use a lot of garlic in the foods I cook. I have not had a cold or the flu since I was ten years old.

The madness lies within today´s nominal definitions about life quality.
Spend your money on healthy organic food, not on shiny images generated by the elites to enslave you to their will.
Change your own reality.
It works.
2+2 is still not 5 even if the majority says so.
