Cigars are NOT healthy, depending on the type and how often you puff on the cigar, you are exposing yourself to 10-40 TIMES as much nicotine as you normally would in a cigarette.

That being said, many physicians quote "encourage cigar (and pipe) smokers to keep smoking up to three times a week because the psychological benefits far outweigh any health risks."

Ultimately though, it's all up to you and how you want to live your life. I choose to live with an occasional cigar. Nice vid!

Hey thanks for the vid im a beginner cigar smoker and I appreciated ur videos. the first cigar I had was at a wedding last year they had a woman rolling the and it was awesome. Then about a week ago I went into a smoke shop and talked to the owner and he told me to try an Acid cigar. I bought a Acid and Helix they were about $6.00 a piece. I liked the Acid more the the Helix but both were good. do you have any cigars that you would suggest to beginners? something under $10 to try? Thanks again

I see nothing wrong with this. I've been in Canada for 2 weeks and have used long wooden matches to light my cigars since I couldn't bring my torch light on the airplane. As stated in the video, I let the sulfur burn off then toast and light the cigar with the wooden part of the match
