I had a wasp go in my helmet once, i was outside a school and going like 20 MPH though so it was okay i just pulled over and got my lid off :-)

Thanks Ghost, I can't tell you how cool that is to hear that....I got into the helmet vlogging just to meet the gang like Steelhorse, BMasta, Ash, and Reb...but this kinda stuff is really my thing...it doesn't get too many views, so I really appreciate it when someone stumbles across it and leaves a comment..

Its happened to be about three times in my riding career, but that was the first time that I actually got stung, it was a pretty awful experience..

I actually get asked that alot, and I have a BWOM e formula that I've designed for just this question..Not counting tires...or do you guys in the UK spell it tyres? =) and oil changes....if you bike gets 40mpg, you are doing 500 mile days and are traveling alone, it works out to about $159 per day... traveling with a friend brings that down to about $114 a day (sharing lodging costs)

once a bee somehow slipped into my helmet and was crawling on the inside of my shield directly in front of my right eye. i pulled over and luckily i have a flip up lid so i popped it up and it flew away. one of the scariest things that happened to me while riding my bike....

As long as you weight them even, you hardly notice..You have to be mindful when pulling up for petrol..I've forgotten them and banged them against the pumps numerous times.

You can definitely see how your editing has progressed in your newer vids. You could sell this stuff on DVD as a real documentary movie! The vids keep getting better and better.

I always wondered what would happen if some crazy bug got inside my helmet. It's one reason I never really ride with my visor open even if I'm wearing eye protection. At least you didn't freak out and crash because of it. That would be my big fear in that situation.

No prob man, and i bet it hurt with it being on the nose, even though mine wasn't but mine still hurt quite a bit with gettin hit about 4 or 5 times in the chest but mainly i was just worried about wrecking!
