as much as i want it to be real, the random camera angle change at 0:19 doesnt really make sense. they probably did that to make it way easier to edit - for example all they have to do is take a video of the skater ollieing off it, and take a different video of the car smashing the ramp (no skater on the ramp), and merge them together. if they used a whole non-stop shot there would be no doubt about it.
