thats a great tutorial but when Im saving my finished project it becomes a problem do I say on the last level layer or is there a next step as image becomes a psd not jpeg and im not sure what to do >

@magdelena08 psd files are the default files that work specifically with Photoshop. To save as a JPEG, you need to go to File - Save As =)

@somedaysdreamers13 If you go to your General Settings you can enable "Zoom with scroll wheel." It helps a lot when you want to quickly zoom in and out on what you're editing =) But there are a few shortcuts you can use too, for example you can press Ctrl+1 (PC) or Cmd+1 (Mac) to zoom to 100% or Ctrl/Cmd+0 to zoom to fit the canvas on screen =)

@SoulTaker1003 Content aware isn't something I care to use when I'm doing skin cleanup. Sometimes it likes to grab pixels that just don't match the area I'm trying to clean up. Sticking to proximity match is good enough for me =)

As expected from ChChCheckit, a brilliant tutorial. But I have one question: What if there's a lot of noise in your picture as well? I find that simple noise reduction doesn't work as well as I want it to.

@jeffo0o I came across an interesting tutorial about that. But since I don't have very noisy pictures, you should check it out for me. In Google search "photoshop noise reduction" and go to the 3rd link. It should say something like 2 minute photoshop tricks. Give that a try and lemme know how it works =)
