  • wow thats reallly far away. ohhh right lol

  • An RC heli with collective pitch allows a pitch range from around -13 deg to + 13 deg. A heli will hover at around +5 deg for upright & -5 for inverted. The radio has a switch (idle up) that will keep the throttle speed constant meaning when you flip upside down you don't lose power but you just reverse the pitch. Yes it takes a LOT of practice but if you use a simulator you can learn without crash costs. Then ther fun begins as you learn some proper 3D flying

  • lol he probably spent three thousand dollars on new helicopters just to see it fly upside down lolol!! what a epic fail but epic accomplishment.

  • LOL NICE!!!

  • is that a curtis youngblood

  • Awesome flying :)

Would love to see a real one fly upside down :)

  • Most awesome lawnmower EVER!

  • dude everyone knows that

  • well flying like that i was told was not simple and i belived it its just when u ask like how long it takes to fly like that and the guy says ohh ..well id say just 6 years ) thats when really crushed my hope oh learning to fly a helicopter

  • that is awesome... i wonder how many tries/helis that took to master!

  • probably a few years of practice considering the skill it takes to have the swashplate tilt the blades in about 1 5th of a second to stop the heli from pulling itself into the ground

  • Hmm, A great idea for mowing the grass from the porch

  • rofl

  • check out justin chi(g) videos hes only 5 years old and a advanced pilot in 3d flying whit helis

  • check out justin chi(g) videos hes only 5 years old and a advanced expert in heli flying

  • they juse the gain button on their controller futaba jr or tx only they have one use the gain button on and then the helicopter will gain power to turn around fly upside down =)

  • That's really funny 'cause that's not how it works XD

A gain dial on the TX will only adjust the gyro.

Actually pilot control inputs cause the blades to reverse their pitch and thusly their thrust.

  • Thats fucking ridiculous, that was some good flying.

  • Back to school for you...You show off way too much for a newbie....Just kidding! Nice flying my friend!

  • i love when helis fly upside down it is so cool!!!!!

  • amazing job

  • how do they fly upside down

  • dunno! I just filmed it

  • he must be good it is hard enough to not crash the helicopter let alone upsidedown

  • i hawe a electric hely=)

when ya fly upp side down ya turn the wings to go down and gas to go upp=)

and do just like ya fly normal=)

if yar good ya caan turn it uppside down

when yar in the air =) like this guy on the vid;)

  • You just change the pitch of the blades from positive to negative.

when you have positive pitch and the heli is upright it pushes wind towards earth.

when you have negative pitch and the heli is upright it pushes the wind towards space.

So when the heli is upside down with negative pitch you are pushing the wind to the ground lifting the heli up.

  • thanks that is koo;

  • @burger125 He throttles backwards so blades push the other direction

  • @burger125 the blades have a lever attached to them so they can invert them whenever they want at the flick of the switch so the angle of the blade is the other way making it push air out of the top of the helicopter :D you can hear it switch, it sounds the same as blowing air into a fan.

  • @burger125 It's all about the angle of the blades. Normally when ur blades are even u hover.

When u have ur blades positive wich means they tilt up to give u lift, u go up! When u wanna fly upside down u turn the blades negative wich gives u counter-lift, so u can fly upside down! :)

  • @burger125 probably puts it in reverse, seems like the only logical possibility

  • Have you tried doing a barrel roll?

I have a Kyosho 30 Caliber. Its 3.5 ft from canopy to the tail rotor motor.

I can do just that, only I am able to move the heli around when its upside down.

  • wereed you get it plzz tell me ?

  • wait until about 15 seconds into this short vid!!

    cool huh??
