I've always liked this vid. I remember years ago when I first saw it and how unsettling it was. I still think this video, while low-tech, was well done and had a great effect on people who watched. It's creepy. I love how creepy it is and while I know nothing about the game it was for, the video itself stands alone as something that is genuinely unsettling.
