Check out the keyboard player's expression at 2:47. If I could play like that I would have the same look on my face! Great video, it made me a Joe Cocker fan!!!
Were you with Joe in the early 90's at Pine Knob in Clarkston Michigan? My wife and I saw Joe there and I don't think we sat down once after he started You Can Leave Your Hat On. Great show and where does the time go? Thanks for shareing your great talent with us over the years. Ed & Joann
I not only love this video but i love everyone on that stage. They are all my friends. I am the backup singer to the left, Cydney Wayne Davis. I love this song. I remember how fun it was to sing this with Joe, Maxine and this incredible band. Many years have passed and I haven't seen or worked with these fine musicians for a long time. But watching this video had me dancing and singing in my living room like it was yesterday. I want to thank the person responsible for posting this video.
@cydneywayne Hi Cydney. Yes, kid Andranik did a really good job, indeed very well done (sorry Andranik for call you kid, but as I could be your mam - hahaha - I think I could call you this way). Very nice to have introduced the whole BAND. They deserve it.
I'm just an old rocker - I went to school with Mick Jagger, but these live performances with Joe Cocker, brilliantly arranged, performed by really great musicians, with great, sexy back up dancers are my all time favourites. Particularly "Unchain my Heart" and My Love is Alive". I was in the audience for the recording of "All You Need is Love"in 1967 and this looks like it matched it for atmosphere. Congratulations on being a part of it.
@cydneywayne I can't imagine what it must have been like to be a part of this. I could watch and listen forever. I feel priveleged just to type to you, Cydney. You all are just the cream of the entertainment crop. And I love seeing what Joe has done with his life, both onstage and off. It takes special people to put this much art into a performance. Or maybe it's just who you all are.
@cydneywayne - Hello cydney - Im just looking to you on my computer. You great.Tell me if you had been with joe in Rio ,Brazil,1991.let's change some words my mail joe.rio@globo.com
