Both involve being randomly chosen by a bottle but I never had to do anything else but kiss people and never had the option to tell the truth, so I guess it's two different things...

truth or dare is not spin he bottle. a dare could be anything, and sometimes kisses are involved, but mostly it's just crazy things you have to do. truth is just another opportunity to lie, but I never did.

[Actually I like saturday evenings when they meet in church to pray the rosary... I don't know the words any more but it's very relaxing to sit there and listen to the almost chant-like murmurs. Very Zen!]

Me too honigmaeulchen! Really, I'm an agnostic, but having been brought up a Catholic and got over my teenage rebellion against the church, I find going to the occasional Mass, or like you just sitting in church, nostalgic and kind of restful.

I guess those of us brought up RC seem often seem to be tied to the church, in one way or another.

Ok, now that's interesting. My sister stated that she had done 17 of my nevers (see comment above), which brings her to 33 nevers, too! I wonder if you meant exactly the same things... I already told her it would be fun if she made a video wherein she's watching my video with headphones on so that nobody else would hear what I say and then she'd drink everytime I stated something she already did. The viewer would have to put both videos together to figure out which are the ones she did.

You can even say hall mates for students living in halls). And there's flat mate (someone sharing your flat with you.
