Yea, but this song is in the J-Drama called 1 Litre of Tears, or Ichi Rittoru no Namida. If you havnt heard of it, It's based on a true story, and it's actually very sad. It's brought a few tears to my eyes. :p

It was used in One Litre of Tears because of those elements to the storyline, but wasn't written specifically for the drama. (Not that you said anything of the kind.
