  • SILVER = FOOL'S GOLD!!! GOING DOWN TO $15 AN OUNCE SOON...

  • This video was obviously made before jp morgan & hsbc was exposed for manipulation of Ag. .Here it is Nov. 2010 & both banks are being sued for their manipulation. Ag. at $29.66 & rising with your explanation for why Ag. did what it DID is not valid ANYMORE..The reason why Ag. was having these bad hair days was NOT because of it's industrial use or whatever other foolhead reason you gave. It was behaving this way because it was being controlled by jamie dimon & boys. jamie, TILT GAME OVER!!!!

  • /dammit...dont clank that silver around like that..Its a huge turn on! All jokes aside! I have been stacking for a while now and its Oct 9 2010 and I bought some silver just a few days ago at 20 dollars an oz and just yesterday it rose by 2 dollars...I almost crapped my shorts! Silver is THE best investment in this and previous generations. I love the stuff and Im buying it by the bricks...Take care and keep stacking!

  • Haha, John. Dont know why this poped up in related vids . Think Silver is doin a moonshot!

  • dude now is the buy buy buy buy time.. im liquidating assets and savings acounts and buying silver like a fkn pirate

  • silver is dropping like a stone!!!

down a full dollar 3 days ago--and another 25 cents today!!

  • This move is nothing compared to the beating silver had in 2008

  • @fox20012 it still hasn't recovered.

  • as always, thanks for your enlightening videos.

while i agree with all your comments, they relate more to simply retaining purchasing power than appreciation in value.

as you, i own both as a long-term investment and also as a store of purchasing power (long term).

i honestly couldnt care less about the short term value of silver. 5-10 years down the road, we'll all have a big smile on our faces.

just hope at that point we have a world where we will be able to enjoy it...

  • I have a feeling this period may very well be the last in human history where silver prices are this cheap. (also since most silver will be used up by 2020) thanks for confirming it & enjoy your day.

  • The Catholic church being the first!!

  • Brace yourself,, for the impending gold shortage. Gold shortage? Yup. With the launch of a flurry of ETFs devoted to the barbaric relic recently, total ETF holdings have soared well past 60 million ounces worth $65 billion, more than total world production in 2009. The grand Daddy of them all, the SPDR Gold Shares (GLD), now has a staggering $42.7 billion of the yellow metal, making it the second largest ETF by market capitalization, and the fifth largest gold owner in the world.

  • the spot price is bogus so who cares. as i understood it the silver investor waits for it to be currency again. only one country takes silver as official currency the whole world is in for one rude awakening.

  • Stella, I learned my lesson and should have followed your advice a long time ago... Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never sell your physical silver just keep buying.... 10000 oz of silver should be the goal of everyone here...

  • Mine is much higher but 10000 is what is going to make you truly wealthy when it is silvers time... I hedge the downside now by buying short ETF's but if you don't know technical analysis i wouldn't recommend it cause it is paper. Thanks again for you steady advice...

  • For fun: Does everyone realize that feb 14th is Chinese new Year- 2010 is the year of the White tiger- once every 80 years - and get this- he's the Metal tiger- wit an affinity for Silver ( the white metal) !! I've always loved metal- gold of course, but just started my love affair with Silver. Yum. Keep buying keep stacking .

  • All sounds reasonable, but the real force driving up the US dollar is the collapse in the fiat Euro Dollar. The unwinding of Long Euro and Short Dollar contracts is seven plus years in the making and that means huge amounts money....the Euro has more flaws than the US dollar... The cascade of European country defaults will be coming fast and hard... Ironically for the US dollar to survive other currencies must die and the countries with it......

  • Wholeheartedly agree. Things appear to be on their way to unraveling and metals is the only logical choice, besides a food stock. A correction is in process for sure. We're seeing price inflation in the grocery stores here in upstate New York already. We are getting ready to hunker down, because there's a dark cloud rising.

  • I would suggest diversifying into food: sugar, corn, wheat. I don't mean ETFs, I mean literally mean stock your basements and pantries.

  • right on target! Nice vid!

  • Consider it a Bonus when it goes high! Opportunity to buy more those who wants to!

  • Patience is a VIRTUE! I'm more interested in the Silver and Gold price at the end of this year and the 1st Quarter of 2011!It's about wealth preservation! If u make good profits consider it

  • Hi, i wonder why BULLIONBOURSE do not change his price now in the downfall?

Are you paying the full price stated on his site or do you get discounts?

  • just been watching a CBS doco on the murder of Ted Binions in the late 1990s, he was the owner of Binions casino in Las Vegas, was real interesting how he bought silver bullion over gold bullion- apparently he had about 7000 kg of bullion and he built an underground vault for it..was killed for it though it seems.

  • just bought some... with green crispy high-quality paper notes.

  • Food prices went up a lot in my nabe here in France in the past week. Cannot quantify, but it's many eurocents on each item. Ainslee never did contact me. The false bull market and dollar rally early this year will really scare people by mid-year -- I do see 2010 as a false bull market year. Will share this video widely, and I appreciate all you do here.

  • I'm looking at making an investment in silver. I'm thinking either 1kg bars, or smaller denomination 1oz US eagles. Obviously the coins are more expensive, but I think they will be easier to sell on in case of emergency/trouble and will fetch a better price, offsetting the initial increased cost. Or should I split my investment maybe 75% bullion, 25% coins? I'd be grateful for your advice.

    Thanks

  • @UKLooney id personaly buy bullion silver is silver and will go for the same price when shit hits the fan

  • @UKLooney I do a mixture, I have 1kg bars, 10 oz bars and coins and the 1 oz coins - personally I'm trying to off load some of the 1kg bars as It's a little difficult to find buyers ALREADY unless your willing to sell below fair value ie: give them a bargin.

10 oz is the way to go I think, cheaper than 1 oz's per oz and easier to move than the 1 kilos. ( I know you were asking Johns advice but I couldn't help saying my 2 cents worth )

  • I'd happily pay for real esrate with my 5kg bars. I'm sure there would be takers, banks inc.

  • @metaltect , I asked my ANZ bank manager about using PM as a house deposit and he said that it could be arranged if neccesary, I would just have to pay verification of the metal content, assays etc'. They would take possesion of the metal at spot price.

  • So glad I dont look like a nutjob anymore for being a dollar bull.

Hope people are now seeing the light.

  • the good news is; Helicopter Bernanke is mummified and will last this century of new age.

and people should not worry about the value in dollars, and living in the euro zone I think you forgot a few "bullish" factors, but above all we know why we are doing it, and then you are long and a happy buyer, and no bull shit of palladium etf's, it is only there to support the hammering we experience today, paper money flowing in an empty pool, well the pool will be filled soon.

  • dollar is rallying... wouldnt' surprise me if silver went down to near single digits when it comes to how much the dollar will gain...

being a long term pro silver guy, yet small stack overall, I hate to say I should have sold half my stack around 19, because it just seemed like you could see a pull back of this size coming.

I guess that is what learning is all about....

  • I hate to say I should have sold half my stack around 19

Well, if you say that I assume you having ETFs or something like this. With coins it wouldnt have worked taht way. And (just imo) if you dont own physical, you own nothing.

  • actually, when I say "half my stack" i mean the few hundred oz of bars, coins, and junk coins I have in my hands.

using something like ebay, i could have made several 1 day auctions and gotten spot or above when the price was near $18.80 USD

    I agree... physical or nothing.

I just know from a standpoint where I don't have more than $10k to invest, opportunities to take a little profit to chance a reinvestment at a lower price to be able to buy more oz of silver is my goal.

  • I work in a casino and 90% of the people who get ahead give it all back plus some.

  • @Raccoonraper

    Still regretting your decision?

  • @tcorourke2007 The first part was a quote. I bought most of my silver at 14 and didnt sell any of it.

  • I'm really glad it's dipping.. Nothing has changed in the long term fundimentals.. This is a great time to buy!!

  • pump up the volume, your voice si too mellow

  • I've been buying through these dips since 6.00 oz. This is nothing new, at least for me. Good luck.

  • Stella if officially HUGE...

The true measure of success...has his own troll hounding him and everything...

    good times...enjoy the dip!

    .

  • good vid

  • 200 Day Moving average at around 15.50.

If we get close to there I'm buying 1000 ounces as my final purchase.

  • When the Perth mint opens its doors tomorrow morning Ill be there with the truck!! Good advice once again mate

  • they wont open door tomorrow morning - it will be saturday.

  • A word to the wise: Please don't feed the trolls. Engaging them just gives them the attention they crave. and annoys the rest of us who have to wade past their spam. ='[.]'=

  • Problem, reaction, solution. Order out of chaos! This is the Jesuit Way.

By the way look at all your clothing w/ numbers on them. they are usually 9's,11,33,72,27, ect. like 7+2=9.

  • Issues in EU are causing the dollar to go up, your right.

  • May have another round of liquidity - rise in dollar - fall in asset markets. Just another wave, stay the course and wait for the next government infusion. Times will get tougher, inflation is the only way out at this point. A currency crisis is inevitable.

  • Chill out. Obama has just unveiled a policy that is forcing banks to liquidate a lot of positions. The dollar is up, everthing else is down. Now think about this -

Has all the money the fed has pritned suddenly vanished? Have the massive comex silver shorts been covered? Has a new huge deposit of silver been discovered?

    No? Then keep buying dude.

  • George Soros convenietly coming out and saying Gold is the "Ultimate bubble" would scare investors do you think Johnno?

  • thanks John

  • Cheers John :o)

    Kettles on !

  • Your are right, short term it doen't look good; however, this is the time for any one who keep their wealth afloat in the future to invest in wealth persevation and hedge against inflation.

  • Paper money is paper trash! yes but not yet. Dollar is going to spike up when big intstitutions likeinsurance company's automatic stock software starts to sell. And then starts the inflation.

  • The Fed is crashing everything in sight except for their "sacred" (un)holy Dollar! End The Fed! Stop supporting corruption. Pay for your goods in metals instead! Insist on paying in bullion coinage and bars when you buy something! This is what I'm doing and it's working here in the USA! The end of the Fed ponzy scheme is near! Paper money is paper trash!

  • Great commentary. TIme to load up again.

  • Comment removed

  • Don't say that!!..John will be broke if it hits$4.00 a ounce..and he loose all his subs

  • This discussion was amusing to watch at first, now it's getting pathetic. 911? wtf??

Silver, gold and all commodities are going down, big-time. Either get out, or get over it.

Stop making personal attacks and think for yourself. Take responsibility.

    Out.

  • I just want to run naked at Bohemian Grove..with a silver bar in my hand..

  • look at all the repeat coments , you all just shills or are you stellaconcept GROUPIES? get a life. see you next vid John.

  • Thanks for vid JC. Agreed, official 911 story has too many holes, everyone that knows , knows WTC7 was a picture perfect demolition. Uncle Sam is one evil dude.

  • i think silver will bottom at about 15.80 :)

also i think this mite be the beginning of the double dip both markets are down about 300 points after 5-6days ftse and dow

but here they tell us we are out of a recession :) LOL

rhodium has also dropped in price

  • will be interesting to see how far silver slides before the month is out.. I expect it will hit that magical $25 by the end of teh year though if not earlier.

  • hey bro- I have been buying gold and silver for years but it's likely going lower. We all agree on the endgame, but, unfortunately, we're entering a deflationary depression. Be prepared for $12 silver and $900 gold. I'll be looking to buy more at those levels. The death of the dollar is highly exaggerated. People don't have money to fill up their gas tanks much less buy g&s.

  • Right. A massive contraction/expansion of the money supply causes an enormous deflationary-inflation. Asset values are plummeting but commodity prices, food, are rising out of control. Just walk around Wal-Mart and see for yourself. If the monetary system now in place fails then a return to real money is inevitable. Dont think of silver as an investment but as replacement.

  • I've also said this before that China is a currency manipulatore and they want to buy gold for $1000...

they are truly going to get what they want...

after that, I see Gold and Silver spiking up but Silver more because of it's industrial uses and not *yet because of it's worth as money....but that will change by the end of the year...

  • agreeing with someone and respecting someones opinions are two very different things.

  • rollinglibs101 , your very quick to label mate... suggest you stop trying to pigeon hole me and just take what information you feel is relevant from my channel and discard the rest.

if we only listened to people we agreed with 100% then what are we actually learning?

  • @rollinglibs101. Er 9-11 not an inside job? Two planes, three buildings fall. 1+1=3? You got the math wrong.

  • Also you seem to follow Bob Chapman..Who is as crazy as a shit-house rat..I have heard him on radio-stations that carry Neo-Nazi propaganda..You better re-examine you're positions

  • rollinglibs101

It's up to the individual to invest where they feel is a safe place. Personaly I don't think you can get much safer than Gold.

Warren Pollock is actualy not far left, although I agree he can appear radical in comparison to the average apathetic person in the street. He is mearly passionate about hanging onto liberty and not moving into a socialist/ fascist type era. Perhaps you don't much care for your liberty or rights?. Perhaps you are all for enforced/ unalected socialism?

  • So now it's personal huh?.

It's good to be interested in politics and it's even better to debate them. It's healthy to dissagree when you feel strongly about something. What did you feel so strongly about that your comment prompted being blocked?

  • So.. you'd prefer to skip OBL, Cave's, WMD's, Iraq, WTC7 and Cog' Diss' then?

lol, you're quite funny really.. am I being punked?

  • When you're feeling a little more calm/ rational and logical, you should take a little time to read your responses to all of my points. You 'may' notice that you avoided every single question I asked you. You chose instead to use ad-hominem attacks to defend your position. Defensive attack is usually a tactic employed by people who feel nervous or afraid. Are you aware of the thing you're afraid of, or does the answer, like all of the other answers you don't have, elude you right now?.

  • I dont take those who believe the official story seriously... at all.

  • Just checked out your channel.. and sure enough you're a troll.

I'll waste no more time on your faulty brain.

  • No you got it wrong!!..I am a NWO shill..I work for the Illuminati and the Mossad!..Go play in traffic you poor little child.

  • @shillbasher - Try to understand that this guy you're conversing with seems to have a need to attack people with a different view.

You've checked his channel. You can see he has a lot invested in maintaining his "reality."

Alternate realities, he sees as a threat. Even if there is no intended threat. He feels his position is insecure and so he needs to attack anything within a mile of him.

He has an overwhelming "need" to attack john's vid. It's done from fear...cont'd...

  • Can I hire you as my internet phychiarist?..I am seeing Black helicopters with little green men that look like ben bernanke and alan greenspan..I think they may be looking to pull out the anal-probe!!

  • ..cont'd...

He's been trained to be afraid.

I'm trying to make you aware that he has too much to lose by even considering your points of view.

When john gives his opinions on buying silver, john intends for people to "take it or leave it" advice".

Your "friend" doesn't hear it like that. He hears someone telling him what to think, & it's not consistent with what he previously believed so he has to attack it. It's scary to him.

I'm hoping you understand what I mean.

    ..cont'd...

  • ...cont'd...

Obviously you may not agree with my interpretation, but I also know that you won't feel the need to attack me just because I offer it.

My point is that you/we have to try to understand that people are motivated for different reasons, and a lot of those reasons are irrational.

Most of us do/think irrational things at some time.- We're not all perfect yet.

I'm not intending to upset anyone here. Just trying to see what is true and what is not.

    Cheers

  • Thank you so much for highlighting/ expanding and re-asserting my point regarding that users Cognitive Dissonance. You're too kind.

  • @shillbasher - That's exactly right. Cog Diss. and it can be painful for someone as I'm sure you know.

Have a think about this - You won't get someone (who thinks irrationally) to see logic because they base their argument on their morality. (we all do).

Their morality would have to change. You know, their perception of right & wrong.

It's a little bit like you thought you heard GF40 say 24 wks but he actually said 6 mnths. (Of course that's a trivial eg.)

    ...cont'd...

  • ...cont'd.. But for some reason you thought that 24 wks was 6 mnths. Obviously you realise the error when you re-thought about it.

Well, in this case, the subject has extreme discomfort to re-think it, so he chooses not to.

Now, maybe I'm pushing it a bit here to equate your tiny error with "morality & Cog Diss etc. But I'm just trying to see if you can imagine the person's position, but on a more extreme scale.

Sorry I'm not good at explaining stuff. It's just fun to think about - ciao

  • @shillbasher - Fuck - I just read my comment & it may look like I'm trying to "teach" you something. I'm really not. Haha - I'd be the last person to try to teach you guys anything.

I just find it interesting to try to figure why some people think like they do.

You see, I reckon we've all been brainwashed to some extent from lots of different directions & I/we would do well to try to bring our "individual realities" closer to what is actually true in the world.

    Thanks for replying

  • Well spotted : ) it did look a little bit like that, dude.

I am also very interested in these subjects. My ultimate wish would be for a solution to the mass hypnosis that most of us suffer from. If the world could be shown that belief without proof is mearly a religion then I'm sure we would not be at war right now. Although we would also need to cure greed, which would be at least as hard.. if not harder.

  • @shillbasher - "belief without proof is mearly a religion"

Very good. Good way to put it.

  • I know exactly what you're saying, and I agree that using the example of someone typing 24 instead of 26 at 1am is not a very good analogy.

Cognitive Dissonance actually protects us from making difficult decisions. In the case of the user in question, he is protecting his mind from the turmoil that would be created by introducing ideas or ideologies that don't coincide with his current thought patterns. This makes him feel scared. 9/11 scares him.

All that being said, he is also a troll.

  • @shillbasher - I see you understand what cog dis is, very well. Good.

Maybe 911 scares him cos he'd rather believe the "bad people" were far away in another country. The thought of the "bad people" being closer to home is too scary. On top of that, the postulation of the "bad people" actually being people he may have invested some "faith" in, is just too much to contemplate.

A huge problem for everyone, I think.

Luckily we've got it all figured out - not. Haha

    Cheers

  • @zalida100 I really enjoyed the conversation that took place between the two of you. Would you consider doing some video blogs together?

    Peace

  • Hi kashmir2000is - Glad you got some fun from it. It is sometimes god fun to read comments etc.

I dont think I have anything to say that is worthy of using big amounts of you tube bandwidth. I use youtube to learn stuff. There are already some very good channels here as you know.

Anyway, I'm camera shy. & too disorganised to get my act together.

Very nice of you to suggest it though. Thanks very much for commenting.

    Cheers

  • 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job, 911 Was an inside job, 911 was an inside job

Lol.. sorry if that offends ;)

I never said i was a "truther" whatever that means! I do not believe the official story tho. at all.

most likely an inside job... but who knows.

  • John buy another 400 ounces of silver..Now At $16.31..because it's going to below $14.00..Load the boat you dolt..

  • will do... will be buying all the way to 14, 12, 11, 9, 8, 2, 1.

all the while, you'll be getting diddled by your government and loving it begging for more

    good luck to you sir.

  • John you need the luck buddy..I only hold small amounts of silver..You on the other hand are betting the house..I really hope you win for you're sake..Now I am off to secure the FEMA camps..and do my bidding for the Illuminati..I also run naked on weekends at Bohemian Grove.

  • well then, wish me luck. now go have a good weekend sounds like fun.

  • John what kind of boat should I buy to load my silver..I want a Cigarette High Performance Boat..Like Miami Vice style..That way i can out-run the Illuminati..maybe I will get a Don Johnson outfit?

  • please say you're joking

  • How does 50t of steel & concrete turn to instant dust every second??

How do 10 floors every second turn to dust every second??

How does 30-50t steel sections fly sideways??

Why was Cheney in charge of NORAD for 6mths (July to December)??

With 90 min of lead time NORAD had no response, Why not??

Pentacon, where are the holes from the planes engines?? (they left holes on the wtc 1&2)

What happened to the black boxes??

WTC 7 = no plane. home to Enron investigation..

    9/11 inside con job..

  • Yet more avoidance?. You appear to be the one who doesn't seem to get anything. You brought the subject up, then you fail to rationaly discuss it in everysingle comment you make about it. I think I fully understand why Warren Pollock blocked you.

You're on a hiding to nothing because the only person your showing up is yourself.

  • Sorry for asking, but what has 9-11 with anything to do with this video or comments? The only one that has mentioned 9-11 in this forum is you.

  • @kricke243 its all about control shame the powers at be like to mess with us :)

  • Thats right..I am illuminati 5 star General ..I have your FEMA camp waiting!

  • Words from the Noob Corner: Bought some gold back in Sept @ 1,000, and some silver too @ 16.75.

Then gold went to 1,200, back to 1,100. Silver went up to 19.25, came back to 16.16.

Do I look worried? Not even. I know NOTHING about stock market, arbitrage, charts, etc.

What I *do* know is that what is occurring is not "organic"; it's purely manipulated. It CANNOT last.

And I'm ahead already, where before I had my savings in the bank at 2% interest. (facepalm)

    lol = watch?v=wtLtnaornBg

  • @nameofthepen Ya. This 40 year experiment with a global fiat money system is coming to an end.

  • I am starting to wonder if stellaconcepts

is a 9-11 truther?..Can you answer this?..stellaconcepts is just like any other guy..He wants to make money..Nothing wrong with that at all..Infact I think Silver will reach $40.00 to $50.00 a ounce..For all you fools that are going to hold and wait for a 1000.00 a ounce I feel sorry for you..

  • rollinglibs101

I'm starting to wonder if you are one of the few people left in the world who believes that OBL is alive and well still hiding in that "cave". Perhaps he has all of Saddams "WMD's".

WTC7 is usualy the wake up call for all logical brains, perhaps you missed that clue?.

Do you know anything about Cognitive Dissonance?.

  • WTC7??..You people are really sick..Thank you for proving my point..

  • No no, thank YOU for helping with MY point.

Cognitive Dissonance.. it's a bitch huh?

  • rollinglibs101 - you think 911 was NOT a false flag op? Oh, ROTF. I *love* the "coincidence theory" boyz like you. Amusing. :D

Then you imply that John is doing this because he "wants to make money"???

Count up all the "payola" he's made so far, divide that by the hours over the last 3 years he spent researching, recording, editing, uploading, etc.

I think it probably comes out to...around $0.09/hr?

Keep sucking up those TV rays, dood.

IMHO, people like you deserve them. :D

  • Daily Reckoning is a good source.

  • Thanks John. As always, we appreciate it!

  • Great vid John another 5 stars.....

Well im buying for the long term,10+ years

    when prices are low,I buy.

  • I love it. Cheap silver is great. Buy... Buy... Buy

  • Your a silver dealer so how can we trust you and the company that sponsors you ? I dont mean to be mean John but soon as Silver drops dramatically you make a video like this, i feel it like a used car salesman vibe.

    sorry.

  • Silver is a metal what when you buy you hold onto it for at least 15 years , The only people making short money out of it are the ones buying bulk and selling it in the short, John putting your silver where your mouth is sort of " seems to me that your encouraging people to buy Your silver etc for your own gain ?

is this true John what you make a video like this to So to say" Encouraged people to keep buying in the Silver market ?

  • im not a dealer (tho i did used to be but it was too hard to make any sort of cash)

my channel sponsor is paying me for the advert on all my videos... I could make a video about thai foot massages - I wouldnt make any less or more than what I am with my current sponsorship.

i do understand ur concern... but the video is geniune. I have been a big buyer of silver recently (about 400oz in the past week or so)

i dont really care if you believe me or not... but i felt the least i could is answer.

  • @stellaconcepts I had to ask John lol. But you know as well as i that we wont see benefits till at least 8 to 10 years thats a long time John, and sell this "New World order spin to buy silver is driving me up the wall.

    true?

  • @giveusallabreakman Not that your saying that but other channels are saying this.

  • put it this way mate, i see greater risk holding dollars than i do something of intrinsic value. regardless of the spot price.

if the anti-NWO heavies come out saying the same thing - then I agree... sorry if that disapoints you.

  • I love it. Cheap silver is great. Buy... Buy... Buy

  • Silver is really starting to worry me alot, I'm starting to re-think my position. With that said, I will still hold physical silver of about 2000oz. Peace

  • @hiphopsocnroc Just dont go to radical buying it , remember its in the long run 15,20 years benefits ,

Short sellers will try to make you buy it now! and sell you the "its going through the roof Lie"

    Go with your heart ...

  • @hiphopsocnroc

If holding physical? You don't have to worry about equity issues like you do with the Forex markets.

And you also have Real Wealth in your hands too. Real Wealth

  • The cheaper the better. Soon, Silver Bullion will run out.

The objective is to have the silver in your hands before supply is dried up.

  • Great silver sale.. great time to add to your position. If it goes lower I'm adding 4 sure.

  • I pretty much spend a grand on metals anytime there is a shift greater than 5% or more. On the upside or the down

  • I'm going to hold off and see if it gets below 15 before I make another purchase.

I'd rather save up and invest elsewhere, preferably something that can provide me with some income.

  • I like the information, but not the red jersey...get rid of it! LOL

  • it's a double top, with neg div on the weekly charts...silver is going to 7 bucks before it goes much much higher...sorry to tell you like it is...but, chart patterns have been broken, and it's time to retrace the entire bull market.

  • @glenzo20071

That will be good if it does go down that low. I could double my holdings.

let us see if the mints will keep supply.

  • They had to tank the market on the day they raised the debt ceiling to 14.3 Trillion. Otherwise, the 11:00 news would have said "Debt ceiling to 14 Trillion, Gold surges", and they can't have the peons connecting the dots just yet. So JP Morgan has given us people in the know a private sale. Enjoy it. When the PPT finally loses control, silver will be expensive indeed.

  • Thank you John for the attempt to reassure folks that they have indeed made the correct decision in having invested in physical precious metals.

I am sure that the things that are currently happening in the markets are in fact bullish for PM's in the long run, although the majority have not realised that fact yet.

You don't buck a ten year trend in one week, especially when the fundamental picture has NOT altered.

Silver can be a 'HEART STOPPER' for sure..

    Take Care,

    Andrew.

  • Price now is irrelevant...the price only matters WHEN you need to sell it

  • Is this market manipulation?

  • I say it has more to do with the credit contraction going on in the world, but that can't last because that creates unemployment which creates civil unrest and riots which forces banks to loosen up credit. Silver below $16/oz is a definite buy because the price should average $16/oz for the year at least.

  • I hope it keeps dropping so I can buy more of it, then skyrockets back up when the dollar flops.

    It will happen.

  • It was encouraging. Especially knowing you are buying. Thanks for the vid...Again!!

  • And no... I'm not an investment adviser. I have watched the history of these metals according to historic economic times and right now... we have nothing like before. Technically both metals and all non life supporting commodities could tank in the near future. While grains/ agriculture and livestock could soar in value.

  • Silver is used in industry where the oxidation of the metal doesn't matter. Silver is a better conductor than gold but it oxidizes and therefore must be coated for industrial applications if the silver is used in it's base form.

China recently encouraged it's citizens to invest in the metal ... China has been using it's US reserve funds to buy commodities.

Gold will slump down to $1000 USD and then see a resurgence. Silver might fall back down to $12 USD but then hold steady and climb again.

  • My goal for physical silver: If I can sell enough to gain back every cent I spent on silver WHILE maintaining a sizable stash of silver for in case of a US currency collapse, I'll have met my goal. My idea of a sizable stash for a currency collapse is at least one thousand ounces. So I plan to get back every cent I spent on silver AND still have at least one thousand ounces of physical silver left in holdings which will stay with me until I die or the currency collapses which ever comes 1st.

  • Stella the greatest trade right now is shoring the US markets using leverage ETF.

  • i was levereraged short the dow from 10700 to 10100.. why do you think im buying so much silver lately ;) I am happy with that trade... dont need to stay in the market... its a scarey place right now.

  • That is good! I think it has longer to go too. Im considering tripple leveraged short but it takes too much guts. :) I'm also short the euro using double leverage.

  • This pullback (ie, this US dollar rally) was unexpected.

I'm with you, let's just sell our fiat dollars and get as much real money as we can, while it's so cheap!

When it's cheap, we buy it. Simple and plain!

  • He he, watch this:

    watch?v=MHwSTt54nKw

  • If you have a lot of physical, consider shorting the paper market, and when the manipulators "kill" silver, take your profits and buy cheaper physical with it. I just did that for the first time today...AND IT FELT GREAT!!! If everyone did that, we'd make the manipulators pay DEARLY for the "sins." :P

  • how do you short? Im confused. I didn't think you could short with anything other than stocks.

  • if 16 fails, 14.85 prob next stop
