Chris is now in Afghanistan. He left the first weekend of November. This deployment will be hard on them, but they are a strong couple, and this separation will no doubt make them stronger... Say a little prayer for his safe return! Thanks for watching!
That was absolutlety adorable! As a fellow marine wife I know how exciting it is to get those few chances you get to spend with your loved one. I don't get to spend any time really with my husband. Spent less than 2 months with mine these past 13 months. It's hard but it takes a special kind of woman to be a marine's wife. Oorah and Semper Fi.

I came home on a medevac. My mother visited me at Walter Reed, but I don't remember it. I was pretty messed up, don't remember a whole lot.
Hope you get to walk off your flight home. I didn't. A couple thousand other guys did not even make it home.
