Man I dont have all those machines and benches.There aint no gym in my city.Do you have a workout plan for triceps without dumbells and all that.Only exercise I know for triceps are dips.I would like to know some more good exercises for triceps.

@bastamasta11 Try diamond pushups and put on a weighted bag for more resistance when doing dips

@mgmetz327 depends on the intensity and workout. but usually no. you will need to give the muscles time to heal and recover
