  • @The180Clown Once a week - you are adding the Biceps and Triceps workout to your regular routine - You can do Bi's and Tri's on the same day (I like doing that) or you can do Bi's and Back - Tri's and Chest (not my recommendation)

  • Man I dont have all those machines and benches.There aint no gym in my city.Do you have a workout plan for triceps without dumbells and all that.Only exercise I know for triceps are dips.I would like to know some more good exercises for triceps.

  • @bastamasta11 Try diamond pushups and put on a weighted bag for more resistance when doing dips

  • @mgmetz327 depends on the intensity and workout. but usually no. you will need to give the muscles time to heal and recover
