Great instructions/demonstration. I am going to definately give those exercises a try. Although it may be a while before I am successful.

How did you get the black hand grip across the top of the equalizer.

@Rachelmarie22 Nice! Yes do them and get good at them- they will help your hockey. The black tape- I think Lance just taped them with Hockey tape!!!
