I love both Ronaldo and Messi, so im 100% objective in this, this is how I think it was from Ronaldos perspective.

Ronaldo is racing for the ball in full speed, and ofcourse the goalkeeper comes out. But look at how the goalkeeper comes out, he doesnt takes the ball, but he raises his arms and positions his body so that Ronaldo would've had no chance of dodging a collision. The only way Ronaldo can prevent a headon collision is by doing what he does, jumping over the goalkeeper. 50/50 situat
