@Fuhgawzzz they gave there lives for there country and this is how they are repaid? And you justify it by saying since they werent at home watching from the side lines, but instead fighting on the front lines they should be disrespected that much more? Isnt it bad enough they were left rotting face down in a swamp?
@Duckyistrippin Those guns have been there for about 70 years, a lot could have happened since then. Nothing can prove that the place where those were found was the actual place the soldiers died on. They could have been thrown in there on purpose, dropped or the soldiers they belonged to could have died elsewhere. If you can't find any evidence that someone died there, you can't really prove it's a grave.
@Fuhgawzzz Sure you can, get a GPR and look for bones. Soldiers dont "drop" there guns. You are a fucking moron. Proof or not, let shit lay. Its not yours, you have no business touching it. Leave it the fuck alone.
@Duckyistrippin How do you know they didn't drop them? Is it impossible? I believe you could drop a gun if you were suddenly attacked by enemies. Or by night when it's dark. Do you tell those who pull tanks out of the water "Let shit lay" too?
@Fuhgawzzz a soldier in combat would not drop his weapon. Especially when weapons are scarce. Not like you can just say hold on war, i dropped my gun! If you were suddenly attacked and you dropped your sole means of defense. Chances are you are dead. Your argument makes no sense. Tanks in the water almost definitely involve casualties. I would leave them alone as well. Learn some respect you fucking greedy bitch.
@Duckyistrippin Ahh yeah, right. So how do you know that? You were there? Checking so so no one would drop their weapons? Your argument is fucking invalid too because you can't prove anything. I just put my theory here, and it's plausible. No one knows what the circumstances was and what made the guns end up there. Telling me to learn some respect when you call me a greedy bitch. What are your reason to call me that. I've never been there, or any other place, touching any of that stuff.
@Duckyistrippin A gun does not equal a solider. They had FAR more weapons made than they could ever put in the hands of a soldier. What if that weapon was jammed or otherwise damaged? what if it was in a vehicle and the vehicle was destroyed or dumped during a retreat? What if it was in a box with other supplied, and that supply depot was about to be overrun? What if it belonged to a man wounded, and he left it or was carried away, and they left the weapon behind?
@Duckyistrippin Additionally, bones will survive in freshwater conditions, such as the ones those tanks were found in. If those tanks involved casualties, remains would have been found, which they were not.
@Duckyistrippin Armies at this time routinely dumped equipment they thought would fall into enemy hands. Case in point: Tanks found in the Neva River and the re-purposed T34 they pulled out of a lake.
I just found your videos, and watched them all. They are great, I enjoy watching you dig up the treasures! One question,,, What do you do with the stuff?
Allo, Ich bin nicht bekannt mit die Umgebung Wolfsburg und ihre WK2 Geschichte. Vielleicht kann man info auf das net und in die Bibliothek finden, grüsse aus Holland.
Hello! You've got lucky on this one! Although the metal items are completely rusted, the best is the moment when you find them and finds are good indeed G43 is quite rare. Interesting how that lee- enfield showed up in Poland. Good Luck!
@karamelles98 Hi, It is very relaxing to do, a bit like fishing ;-) The G 43 is indeed not very common. The Enfield is probably used as a Beutewaffen or delivered to the Russians in the lend-and-lease program. We already found some Britisch valentine tank tracks, with a pile of .30 cal cartridges next to it, in Poland. On the net I found out that the British, via Canada, delivered valentine tanks with US machineguns to Russia. The information from the archives has been proven in the field :-)

@theotherhomer: Noop, we left it all there. It was al too rotten. The steel helmet fell into peaces but it was a nice experience. Greetings from Holland.
@glennetnixz ..oh no! you threw them back? even in their rusted shape are are worthy to look at in a museum and say "wow, look how weathered this rifle is after sitting so long" ...love what you guys do.
