  • When I make crepes, i usually use butter nut cream & honey or butter &Circassian Salt( mixture of salt red pepper some other spices and wallnut)

  • Interesting combos for the fillings. When I had young kids at home we would make the plain crepe and when cooled cut them into strips. These we would deep fry to make them crispy then we would coat in cinnamon and sugar. That would go well with your coffee too!

  • Wow! That sounds great! I wish I could do this episode over again. Not only does it run a bit long, but I would have folded the crepes differently. Thanks for the comment.
