That is the screen refreshing at a different rate than it is being captured. All monitors have a certain rate that they refresh at, 60, 70, 72, etc. When a video camera captures video it is capturing video at a preset rate that varies for each format. The most popular are NTSC or PAL because that is what is used for US and EU TV broadcasting. So because of the popularity of those 2 capturing modes, you get a capture with a different rate so you see a black bar.

I love the intelliscope, and have just upgraded to the stinger.

I actually use my tumb buttons for seat switching in heli's and jets.

He is playing BattleField 2. Great game by the way. fun multiplayer with the veichles like the tanks ,and humvee, boats ,they also have airplanes but hard to fly same with the helicopter. Also you pick your profession like a medic support sniper etc etc
