  • Looks like a bunch of rednecks to me. Common sense citizens? Looks like common sense isn't so common after all.

  • @AllTheGoodNamzWerTkn Yeah. . . especially with the likes of "We have to pass this bill. . . . so you can find out what's in it". . .

How much sense does one have that follows that kind of 'leadership'.

Fix the problem. . the cost of health CARE. . . quit fleecing the pockets of Washington croonies simply because you want so desperately to believe that Bambi and Simba can sit down to dinner and play nice.

  • HealthCare is being passed tommorow! Lol! Obama beat yah mama! Lets get it Obama!

  • Because America was founded on freedom and we should have the freedom to our own healthcare. Not have it mandated by a government that is becoming more and more socialist.

  • I'm glad to see I'm not the only one against communists in America. We need our freedom, that's what America's supposed to be about!

  • What healthcare bill in America has to do with freedom?? This should have been passed many years ago..

  • Listen to the guy at 0:55. Talk about a selfish ignorant man. He states he can afford expensive doctors and health insurance and doesnt want anything to change. Good for you asshole, what about the other families in american who have sons and daughters who are not able to afford expensive health care. If those doctors stop charging an arm and leg and accepting money from health insurance companies to screw people over, this health care reform would have never happened!

  • "Common sense" you mean NO SENSE ! Ironically, these morons claim "we represent we the people" and the reforms Obama wants would help people like these the most ! These people are protesting against their own interests - only one guy knew anything at all (not much either) and saying "Obamacare" so many times showed how little they knew!

  • haha i wonder how many of these ppl have more than a high school education. Not too many im guessing.

  • vincevince801 - The beauty of these people is that they are not actors or paid mouthpieces talking from a script. They are speaking from their own experiences about how HR3200 affects them. The light of their passion and good sense shines through, making them truly exceptional. Just like the 1.5 million or more Americans at the 9-12 March on Washington!

  • haha "their own experiences"? Do you mean what Glen Beck and Rush Limblugh tell them to do.

The fact is the more people learn about the plan the more likely they are for it.

No other "develped' country on earth abandons its most vonerable sitizens.

One thing is for sure tho, corporate brain washing is working.

  • love that goverment control

  • Always amazes me to hear people covered by Medicare objecting to "socialized medicine" for the uninsured. It is ridiculous. I'm sorry I wasn't there to give my opposing view. I hope others were. By the way, the "fraud" is not IN Medicare. It is doctors and hospitals like HCA/Columbia (ex employer of Rick Scott, the head of the so-called Conservatives for Patients' Rights) who commit fraud AGAINST Medicare.

  • JUL;KN'''M;L

  • pay for healthcare? are you fucked in the head, what happened to "we the people"? everyone in the uk pays for healthcare through taxes not insurance, you insure your car not your health. no one is a burden to the NHS and everyone uses it at somepoint. if your attitude is look after me and me alone then the USA should change it's name to the DSA divided states of america coz that's what i see. and the uk has had the NHS for over 50 years now it works and we're not commie we're the UNITED kingdom

  • Your countrys healthcare SUCKS!!!

We dont want America to take away our freedoms and have this stupid Socalized healthcare! Anything the government touches turns to garbage.

  • @semiskin Yup, have good friends that live in Birmingham and Yorkshire. They've told me very well what it takes to get things like .oh. a simple MRI done.

Even had a friend in Canada that had to wait 14 months to have one done on a damaged knee that was so f'ed up he couldn't walk.

Sorry, I'd rather pay my insurance company and have the care I needed WHEN I needed it than to pay for the usually government 'hurry up and wait' bullshit.

BTW, with your new gun laws, you're getting close.

  • @ski2exs My son had an MRI, Gamma-Scan, within 24 hrs on the NHS, my daughters within 2 weeks for a non-emergency case. You ration according to wealth, that is obscene, we ration according to need. From each according to their means, to each according to their needs. The way it should be.

  • These people are just brainwashed by the Bush administration. Bush was a socailist who got us trillions of dollars in debt. If it's programs that benefit the good of the people everyone goes nuts but if it's foriegn spending these people don't seem to care. With all respect to the troops I say let Iraq take care of itself and let the american people take care of ourselves.

  • Why mention debt when Obama is the one spending at a rate never before seen?

  • Obama realizes to fix debt you need to spend money to elliminate debt. Although I respect the troops in Iraq what we were spending over there is what created the deficit.

  • These people need a seeing eye dogs because they are blind. The same people that sat on there hands when Bush was either lying to them about Iraq or tapping there phone lines. The GOP should be ashamed from Fox to Rush. They don't understand that they are to blame. They didn't vote for Obama they are in the minority now and think that yelling at town halls is going to change everyones mind.Sarah Palin and Rick Perry need to let the voters know they are secessionists before an election. IDIOITS!!!

  • sorry, i meant to give you thumbs up.

  • American the stupid...your laughable

  • Look at these whack jobs. From the state that is writing G.W.Bush's success

story. From Enron to Haliborton and all the lies that came with this administration. Dick Armey (A former member of the GOP and funded by the medical field) is a paid leader that trains these people to be rude and combative at Democrative town hall meetings. There agenda is to fill these birthers with false propaganda and fill them with lies about true medical reform that America wants and will have in the near future.

  • No your getting mixed up here. That's called ACORN. ACORN trains, hires and busses people to protest sites. With the intent (see the ACORN handbook) to disrupt, antagonize and intimidate.

  • I haven't read the bill but people from the right were protesting this before it was even a document. But I kind of have the feeling that most the protesters don't even know what theyre protesting.

The Failing economy started about 2 years before Obama even took office so obviously something needs to be done to save healthcare in this country.

  • I have read most of the Bill. Is it a good idea to tear down a house because of a leaking faucet? 80% already has healthcare. The ones that don't cannot be turned away. This is the law. But if you don't have "Health Coverage", i.e. Insurance you may have to pay it all back. (Except for illegal Aliens). I hate Republicans almost as much as I hate Democrats. But reform means to 'Reform". To take something and change it.Tweak it. Improve it.Correct the mistakes.Obama wishes to "Replace" Healthcare.

  • Yeah I obviously don't know much about it. I just know where I live people including myself are losing theyre jobs like wildfire, and have no coverage.

But it's too bad that I have to be grateful to be disabled and on medicaid because I have a permanent disability and require lots of meds. But I feel bad for those who work and aren't allowed the same coverage.

  • Aren't "Allowed"? Im a licensed Insurance Agent. I could sell Health Plans right now over the damned internet. Being "allowed" insurance isn't the problem. AFFFORDABILITY is the problem. The rates are too high.

But try telllling that to a Congress full of Lawyers who play golf on Sundays with other Lawyers who makes fortunes off of Doctors that so much as fart the wrong way. Even the President laughed at the suggestion of placing a cap on Malpractice claims.Oh, I forgot, he's a Lawyer too.

  • Mr. Mood writes: "I have a permanent disability "."People INCLUDING MYSELF are losing theyre jobs". Well,MR. Mood. which one is it? Are you permanently disabled or did you just lose your job?

HIPAA is a Federal Law that guarantees you to be able to continue your Health Insurance after losing or changing jobs. Providing that you can "afford" it. Which goes to back to my earlier point.

  • Well I am disabled but am able to work part time. one reason I can't work full time is because If I make too much money I lose my medicaid which is my surival. I was speaking mostly on behalf of Americans who are unable to get health care. Make sense now?

  • I sympathize with your predictament.

But try starting a correspondence with anyone from Great Britain or Canada.Try getting some input directly from people who are on that type of a program. They are waiting for you on the internet blogs. And they will not lie. They'll give you an inside look at what it's really like.

Your situation will go from bad to worse.

  • I am unfamilliar with this bill but will it effect people on medicaid and or medicare? Thats my only concern.

  • Everyone will have coverage. Someone such as yourself will no longer have to bow out of fulltime employment to qualify. That's really, really good. But having a Commitee or Board decide your medicine and treatments (approval) de-personafies each case. And that could bring it down to a cold process. You will be required to setup a bank draft. And pay the amount that the Board determines. If there were more time a really good Bill could possibly be tweaked out. But Congress is in too much of a hurry.

  • That would be great If I could afford my medicine and be able to work as I please. My only concern and I think youll agree is that I might have to change doctors or in my case a psychiatrist. The truth is I have 2 diagnosis I have Aspergers syndrome and Bipolar depression and need quite a cocktail of prescribed drugs.

  • I have witnessed Bi-Polar at first hand by someone close to me. It's a nightmare.

There are 4 different versions of the Health Care Bill. This makes it hard to get the polticians to be specific. One version does seem to have a 'Death Panel" type committee in it. The other doesn't. If we could trim the Bill down to one condensed version we could get somehwere. You'll be ok unless too many people overload the system. Then rationing (Bi-Polar treatments) would have to take place.

  • wow you really like to watch healhtcare bill videos, don't you? :)

  • It just makes me upset because I can never get the facts through the media because all the coverage on the media showing all the screaming and hollering prevents the facts from being shown.

  • Page 57,58,and 59 of the bill speak of a national ID. They can get into your bank account for any charges without your premission. Yes, Obama's change is communisim. Keep your powerder dry folks. :)

  • Did you see the Scott Burns article in today's paper? The unfunded liability for Part D alone is estimated at $7.2 Trillion. Total unfunded liability for medicare is estimated at $37 T. Total entitlements unfd. liablity and Fed Debt, (incl. Medicare and SS) = $52 Trillion. Total Consumer net worth = $51.7 Trillion We're on the edge of an abyss!

  • HEALTH BENEFITS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.SEC. 123.The membership of the Health Benefits Advisory Committee shall at least reflect providers, consumer representatives, employerers, labor, health insurance issuers, experts in health care financing and delivery, experts in racial and ethnic disparities, experts in care for those with disabilities, representatives of relevant governmental agencies, one practicing physician or other health professional and an expert on childrens health, etc, etc,.. whew!

  • Is there a problem with Sec. 123? It sounds logical to me, the committee should have a wide range of expertise.

  • The Problem is that this is just one tiny sub part of a Section. And yet it requires a whole building full of high paid Government Employees. As if we don't have enough people working for the Government already. Read the whole Bill and you get a picture of Great Britain in which 40% of the population is employed by Britain's State Run Health Care Program.11 Staffers for every Nurse and/or Doctor. And that's just the Health care part of it. Way too much Government.

  • The US Government has been running Medicare and Medicaid since 1965. In 2007 Medicare covered over 43 million elderly people and about 6.1 million were covered under both. Medicaid and Medicare are socialized medical programs paid by tax dollars from individuals and businesses. These people aren't being tossed out on the street to die or denied covereage. I challenge anyone to cite a section of the bill that states that this bill will allow deny coverage for those that need it.

  • The plan will not raise the price of your current plan. If the price is raised it's because of your current insurance provider. The plan will most likely cause rates to drop because they will have to compete for your business. They will no longer be the plan the only plan that you can chose from.

  • Page 16 of the Health Care Reform Bill will not force anyone into a "government qualified plan" If you need insurance after 2013 you will be required to purchase it through an "insurance exchange". The insurance plans listed will be private plans and well as the government option side by side so that you can compare them. It allows you to chose the plan that best fits your needs.

  • Both Bush and Obama said that "bailing out GM" was "necessary" for the economy. What happened? It went under any way

  • GM is still in business. GM filed for Chapter 11 which allowed them to restructure thee operations in order to become more effievient. They are still have cars for people to purchase.

  • This is a unique situation. They had to do what republicans advised them to do. If both Bush and Obama had listened to the many republicans, our money would not have been wasted.

Are they better off? For the unions and democrats yes. However many were still getting paid while being laid off. With government subsidies, people will be more open to purchasing a GM over a Ford. Even though Ford restructured on their own w/o any help. To me it doesn't seem fair.

  • Obama care my ass..

Obama was only caring about you guys, and you think this is fraud, because you believe everything is fraud just like Republicans

  • DONT MESS WITH TEXAS OBAMA!

  • This is ridiculous..!.. lol!.. these ppl are fueled by FEAR of change.. and GREED!

  • What a buch of losers! Trailer trash! What a bunch of ignoramouses! Education is not at the forefront with these losers! Boy are they dumb! Racist clowns! This sht is funny as hell. Scary White people, dam robots! Give them the Jim Jones drink!

  • You are probably someome those scary white people are helping to support! ITS ALWAYS ABOUT RACE TO THE IGNORANT

  • Tell me. Why is it that when a white person opposes Obama, he or she is suddenly racist? Why do you bring up the race card?

  • "Buch" is spelled-bunch

    "Dam" is spelled-Damn

Your vocabulary shows who the "trailer trash" really is. Why doesn't ACORN at least require professional bloggers to have a High School Diploma?

  • MOB RULES!

  • NOBAMA CARE NO WAY.

  • Thank you! The only smart comment in the room so far.

  • All the jokers on this video want to rant about "socialism" this, communism that all the while they receive Medicaid and Social Security. Well news flash: THAT"S A GOVERNMENT PROGRAM. How can you accept one and condemn the other?

You all are misinformed hypocritical tools of the republican party that simply wish for the economy and healthcare to fail because you're bitter about the 2008 election. Grow up, we had to deal with that dumbass from your state for 8 years, so get over it.

  • Medicare is not an option, it is required. You completely missed where medicare is broke, social security is broke, these people are not that dumb. You are yelling like no one knows anything, when it is you that does not know anything.

  • Another demonstration of the epic idiocy that Im referring to. Medicare and Social Security are BOTH examples of socialism, yet the jokers in these ambushes aren't complaining about them.

Oh and News Flash genius: Medicare isn't "broke" and neither is social security. The continued viability of the programs are estimated to last another 15 to 75 years before they're "broke".

Maybe you should get your facts straight before you open your mouth to spew completely unrelated stupidity.

  • sarasmiles, unless you are 12, you would know that the reason medicare and social security are broke is because, beginning with Reagan funding for these programs has been SLASHED to the bone, all in the name of 'lower taxes', yet tax rates continue to rise, and what would have funded schools, ss and medicare now go to the military, the church welfare program and huge tax cuts for the top 2% of the elites

  • Medicare is broke because it is a pay as you go program, it is a ponzi scheme. Name me one successful government run program! And I beg you to tell me how exactly this program will be ran.... because I think you only trust, you do not look for your self. Obama said himself that his agenda is to progress to a single payor system. Do you know what that means?

  • If I had the choice to not pay into medicare, I'd put it in in a health savings, and I would guarantee you I'd be better off at an old age, then you paying the same amount into medicare. My point is the government can't do for you that you can do on your own... on top of that it does not drive up a debt to be paid back to other countries, where we pay them like a credit card... it's not free.... everyone will pay. When I was making minimum wage I still paid into medicare.

  • The Fire Department

    The Police Department

    The Water & Sewer Departments

These are all socialist run departments of government that prey on us and yet, i never here any of you right wing lugnuts complain about them. You might try reading the Constitution, specifically the promise to promote the General Welfare. We are watching our crumbling culture brough to the edge of destruction by that montra; "Take Care of Number One" and the hell with everybody else ! Another win for the Globalists !

  • Because these departments actually do their job, and they are not exactly over paid.

  • They actually serve the people! They are not entitlements to just one particular group of people, they protect your rights and safety according to the law in an equal fashion... they do not make the law. They have no power other then to protect the law, by protecting those who follow them. The Fire dept. puts out every fire, the Police dept. arrests those who do not follow the law.

  • Justice is based on what you have done, not who you are, what your income is, the police department does not protect you based on SOCIAL JUSTICE, but justice based on the law for everyone to follow. It is based on moral justice as well. Obama's health care will be based on giving free insurance to those that cannot afford to have insurance, or do not feel like insurance is worth having, while making the people that do have ins. pay yours in taxes while paying for their own......

  • so likely, it would be worth it to businesses and for individuals to just jump on the government insurance sense they will be penalize for not doing so anyways.... and so there for insurance companies are not about to compete with the insurance the government provides and goes out of business, all while racking up a debt for the working class to pay back, with interest paid to China. And in necessity, the government will have to make hard guidelines to balance the cost of their health care plan.

  • .... like magic.... medicare... for all, except the most costly people will be the 65+ weighed against the less costly healthy individuals, who can still work and pay taxes, that will be paying for the health care budget. Who will they cut in terms of care to balance the costly health plan to everyone?

  • These DTP morons have to be the biggest tools of Big Healthcare if I've ever seen some. The plan proposed by the President is to provide a public [not for profit] option in healthcare to give competition to the outrageously overpriced Insurance plans available now. If you don't like the public option than stick with your own. Half the idiots in this video don't seem to understand that. Oh and the Public Option insurance requires those WHO CHOOSE it to pay a premium, just one that's alot cheaper.

  • bought and paid for by the big healthIns and Pharm. companies of America. Getting rich off the forever neglect of the care of Americans

  • you people don't love your country, you love your pampered lifestyle

    i'll say a prayer for ya'll

  • Cornyn said no governmental run health care for his family. John Cornyn's elitist family will have their own private health care plan.

tell Socalist John Cornyn it isn't good enough for your family either

  • you said a mouthful. a true socialist would never think about giving his neighbor worse care than himself. socialists are the only people who are truly worried about the welfare of their fellow countrymen - do not confuse us with state communists

  • I know more about the US healthcare system than than most americans do. The Insurance companies are screwing the average american. They will not cover many people who want and can afford healthcare cos it fucks with their PROFITS. The Private insurance system is more expensive than the government run Medicare. Pharmacetecal companies charge americans more for pills than they do any other country. US citizens need to get informed and not watch Fox lies all day!

  • I Agree. Well Said, btw.

  • You are hilarious!

The Tea Party is a bi-partisan movement.

It is not just the republicans that don't like Obama's policies. I mean have you seen his approval rating lately. Down 13% last time i looked and still dropping.

    lol

  • ... that sign that said "Honk if you have voter's remorse" ?? I don't have voter's remorse - I voted straight Libertarian Party!!!

  • There is FREE CHEESE in a mouse TRAP too!!

    I Love it!

    Keep up the fight.

  • Glad you enjoyed it! Speak out for liberty!

  • THIS IS AWESOME
