LG Electronics Sydney, tricked me. They said 8 to 10 weeks, :) I just got it the other day. By the way this camera captures 16.9 images now.

Poor review :

- no, it's not the first 3D digital camera

- no (most fortunately !), you can of course see the pictures on a PC (or Mac) using the proper hardware (see David comment)

- the 3D prints are the weak link (they are hopelessly flat!), nothing said about it

And yes, I have a Fuji W1 and love it!

The camera is $600 in the USA. Fujifilm does not promote other viewing methods, but free PC Software called StereoPhoto Maker (Google it) will let you convert the 3D MPO files to Stereo Pair JPEGs. These can be viewed as side by side images on screen or printed (using low cost viewers), anaglyphs (pictures viewed with Red/Cyan 3D glasses), Interlaced (for viewing on a Zalman 22" 2D/3D monitor, or similar monitors), and a DLP format for viewing on 3D Ready Samsung and Mitsubishi TVs. -DDDavid .

Where can you get it in the USA?

I only see it for sale in Japan and the UK.

I live in Los Angeles and would like to buy one.

Sadly this camera is NOT being sold in stores. So you can not go see it in person unless you know someone that bought one from Fuji online.
