x3izm I'm 5 11 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I recommend the workout program at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any program could be used if you can check they work

So my boy x3izm just told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over a foot higher! Apparently he followed the training plan over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" and gained over 15 inches in his vertical leap!
