I feel like wave irons are kind of recent. They should have at least one brand of wave iron at beauty supply stores. (For those in the US, Ulta started carrying them, and Sally's has them)

you can use your straightener for this exact look, i have the chi straightener and it works perfect for this look! seriously, no need to go out and buy a three barrel curler when you can just use your straightener!

looks great!! every look you do is awesome!! for those of us (like me) who don't have a waver and can't spend on one right now, you can get a similar look by wrapping sections of hair around a 3/4 inch iron while holding the curler horizontally (do not use the clamp for this) and then after you slide it off the iron, tug on the bottom of the section of hair. this will flatten it out a bit so that your hair is a wave, not a curl.
