That is a fantastic idea!

But guess what, it is soo brilliant that it would engage new people into politics and encourage them to pay attention.

So for these very reasons Canadian politicians wont allow it.

Because then the convention would be democratic and open to everyone to see and hear.

The people in charge won't want that.
