@JFM94 Often you will push the lane, and make youself open for ganks for the enermy jungler.

You will also have decreased chance of killing your enermy since they can run back behind their turret faster.

However pushing the lane can in some ways be a smart choice, by pushing into your enermy tower, the champion have a hard time getting the "lasthits" but be aware u wont kill your enermy and can pretty easily be ganked.
