just submil to the Holy Spirit and consciously swap anger for love, isn't it amazing how sermons have become sooooo complex, when anger is coming RECOGNISE it and put it where it belongs see it as a wonderful opportunity to proove that Jesus rules in your life ,don't give the devil a foothold,
Well ,I think you started off incorrect but at the end you started to get it right. Always remember that God has not given us power to use, he has given us the Holy Spirit who is power to use us. On the one hand you get to do it and on the other hand the Holy Spirit does it through you and this is the way it is suppose to work.
