@HackingDutchman making paper guns like this take alot of time and concentration. you can just slap one together in like an hour. i tried but with the lack of tools and time i just cant do it. gotta wait like how long for the dam sheets to dry and if you mess up you need more over and over again and more drying and i only had scissors to cut with! AHHHH!!!! so yeah you gotta be skilled like this guy if you REALLY want to make these and you need good tools or things lying around

If the paper is dried hard you could just drill a series of holes ajoining next to each other to remove the cut out then finish off with sandpaper, same method is used in metal working.

Have you thought about investing in a Scroll Saw? It may take alittle bit of practice but I think you'll be able to let it dry completely, and it could put considerably less for your hands. There pretty cheap, and safe :)

@pyroz8ball So far the AK is the only one he made go semi auto. The issue is mainly the spring, it is not reliable enough to ensure it will always strip a new round from the magazine.

Full auto is only allowed in receivers registered before 1986. Making or converting full auto guns results in 10 years in prison and a really high fine. You will also lose the right to have firearms.

@tfoshohoe You can create firearms in the US. You just can't sell them, and you have to follow the rules. You can't make a silenced weapon without paying the $200 tax stamp.

The problem is that making this a full auto weapon would shift towards the "illegal" side of weapons manufacture.

The Innokatsu M16 was banned from imports. I don't know about it's status today, but if you tried to order it it would be seized by the customs because of the full auto trigger assembly.

@tfoshohoe Firearms aren't "regulated" in that sense. They are made of steel, aluminium, polymer... whatever you want. The moment you make something that is capable of firing ammunition (even if it doesn't use casings or regular primers, like a black power muzzle-loader) it becomes a firearm. Many states in the US allow firearms yo be owned without any restriction, except if you break federal law.

In Montana, you can modify your gun to fire full auto. But it breaks federal law.
