I have the book, and it's funny. She takes actual statements & actions by Obama and his circle and expands them to show the egotism, vanity, laziness and childishness of these people. Then she adds a little commentary which is usually unnecessary but not distracting. Hardly "Gullivers' Travels", but not bad.

I am afraid her whole act was laid bare by, of all people, Stephen Colbert. When he quoted some less than flattering passages of her book, she sat her with her jaw dangling.
