I stopped the wacky backy almost a year ago today.

After 13 years of heavy use.

I noticed the difference it made after about a month when I discovered, on the way to work, I can do all 3 Sudokus in the newspaper before the train stops as opposed to half of the easy one.

Do miss it tho but got more important things to think about now.

I don't miss the paranoia at all.
