I have an idea how.

If you want to record the bass track choose any instrument which is not the bass and play it on easy.

Then on the Mixer (you can access it in the pause menu) cut all instruments from the mix and boost whichever instrument you want to record (the bass, for example)

You will need a cable that goes from the headphone output of your TV to the mic Input of a computer (radioshack), and recording software.

If you have a Mac use GarageBand if you have Windows, Windows Sound Recorder.

Its probably not a program, these recordings seem to be from the recording sessions. Some programs are able to do it, but you have to try very hard and you will still hear some guitar/voice/drums.
