One thing maybe not mentioned is that AT&T and Tmobile have different 3G bands, This guy is running this with wifi, so while you will still be able to use the internet (2G only) there is no 3G available if you have the Tmobile service with the Iphone. Yes you can make calls, and do everything else you can do on ATT but no 3G. So if you don't care about running 2G all the time then go for it!

Hi, my unlocked/jailbroken Iphone works perfectly with T-Mobile. I had the HTC droid eris through Verizon which is a very, very, cool phone. I had problems setting up Safe-mail (which I use a lot... no problems on the iPhone) to the Droid and plus I missed my iPhone. So I purchased the Blackrain software and went with T-Moblie which is much less costly and everything works fine.

depend on the firmware of your iphone. if its firmware is 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4 then use ziphone( look up on google) to unlock .

If it's firmware is 2.0 and up then use quickpwn, winpwn or pwnage use either one of these to unlock.
