Thanks for the compliment, I truly feel flattered... But actually, I'm not quite a teacher at Codarts (I wish I was!), but just a student. Speaking of 'lost in translation', haha! But hey, thumbs up for wanting to come to this place; we have a whole lot of awfully good teachers here...

Yep! But ehm, no 'mind blowing time signatures' here. 'Mind blowing syncopations', allright, cause furthermore the whole thing is based on 4/4 and occasional 3/4 (2:41-3:59) bars... mmmkay?

Hello :) Time signatures are not just 4/4's or 3/4's. The compass can be a 4/4 with awesomely strange time signatures in it. In this song, some passages are like I said... mind blowing in their time signatures feeling. ;)
