  • This is a really nice mod, although almost as expensive as a poly800 itself. I already did the moog slayer mod, can I do the hawk&atomahawk anyway?

  • Yes, you can do the HAWK-800 & AtomaHawk mod's to an already Moog Slayer modified Poly800.

  • Man i would kill to have a s\h wave on one the one lfo on the poly! is that possible with some programing, or do you have to modify it with hardware to? And how do you program theese poly800 like you do? (im not talkn about the basic parameters on the poly)

  • Do a google search for "poly 800 hawk800 upgrade kit". Then you can go to my website for the HAWK800 upgrade kit. It will tell you all about the kit, how to get it and install it.

  • thanks i will check it out.

  • why are you so out of breath?

  • Stage fright!

  • I really like the poly 800. It's good budget synth for poor students like myself. With the mod that puts a knob to control the filter on the face it becomes a great performance synth too.

Would you think of maybe putting up an instructional video for one or two of these mods?

  • If you look at my Introduction video, you will see that the mod kit I am developing is a complete rewrite of the software with new hardware to find a place to fit all of that new software. I haven't actually done ANY of the other mods that are out there.

  • Doh! I just realized that my video was cut short just when it was getting interesting. I'll have to post another one soon that shows some of the sweeps and swoops with the random waveform and free running LFO's.

  • awesome
