I got a rough count. The stacks are about 17 coffins high. The outside row that we can see looks to be about 75-100 stacks long. Three bodies to-a-coffin sounds reasonable. So it's 3x17x100=5100. Space for fifty-one hundred bodies just in that first row!

Let's say they have only 10 rows of coffins...that would be enough for 51,000 bodies.

The containers you "found" are burial vaults, not coffins. The burial vaults are stored by companies that sell prepaid funerals. Various states have laws regarding prepaid funerals that require that the company selling the prepaid funeral have a burial vault on hand for each prepaid funeral sold. Those states then require the company holding the burial vaults to get a CPA to certify the number of burial vaults on hand. Those burial vaults have nothing in the world to do with FEMA or CDC.
