I remember swimming in that water, it was freezing even in the summertime. I think the water was 72 degrees. I also remember my foot sinking into the springs where the water come out. Also the grass growing in the water scared the shit out of me as a kid...fun times.
it only cost a dolla per person an kids under 5 are free, if u dont believe me lol check out there website, its beautiful park and its at a great price too
dont forget to bring a lil shovel and a strainer too----to look for old sharks teeth. I havent found any on my own---but have seen some others have found.
yep and its very cheap to get in, about 3 bucks, next time u go bring a mask and snorkel and check out the sucker fish at the mouth of the spring. at :55
@tridentum This is what I call my 'disneyworld'. Tourists flock to the crowded theme parks and claim they've "been to Florida", but they never saw the REAL Florida.
lol i live less then a mile away and i go there 4 times a week

I used to come here every weekend when I was younger. Smoke a bowl, and relax with nature. Loved it. =)

Nicely done! Great video, not staying too long on one subject. Most people's videos get boring, but you kept things rolling along.
I love Rock Springs and Wekiva Springs. As a local, this is my "disneyworld", THE REAL THING! Thanks for sharing it.
