Not really. You still haven't seen simfiles more extreme than this. -_- When you used your feet on extreme simfiles (those with "trills"), you'll lose your feet in no time and has no chance to perfect it even until you are already dead. And yes, arrowkeys are only optional in keyboard you see. You can actually change them.
Maybe you are a Stepmania noob or doesn't play this game so that's why you don't know it XD
@sasarai95 well i used to play stepmania a lot but i haven't played it for few years now so i kinda lost touch with it but thanks for comment and user experience i hope i'll get back to it sometime soon again :)

No, StepMania is for the computer and you use your keyboard arrows to hit the arrows.
