Thats definitely a Baby, and adult is 4 times that size or more. An adult looks like a small elongated blue whale

The bryde's whale is a small rorqual whale, only the minke is smaller. They only average about 13m in lenth and that particular whale is twice the length of the orcas.
That is no baby whale by any means.
