Shana was never going to tell Yuji she loves him because she's too afraid he might not like her back or something. Same goes with Yoshida. But the fact that Yoshida is trying harder then Shana to say she loves him, it makes Shana want to also fight for his love. She doesn't want Yoshida to tell him first, but she's still kind of nervous. But because of competition she gets closer.

As far as i have heard, they are going to continue the series. the Second S OVA Domicile was released not long ago, and a new one is coming in may, and another one in August or something. And in addiction, after that, hopefully in October-November, the 3rd Season is going to be released.

Um, kinda hard to explain. Basically, Yuji Sakai thinks he's living a normal life until he gets trapped in a battle between a...demon, I guess? called a Rinne and a warrior called a Flame Haze (whom he names Shana). It is then that he learns that he has been dead for a while, and he only exists now because he is a replacement of his existance, called a Torch. It'll make more sense if you watch it for yourself.
