smart move going with the bp and for the advice i don't really know what to say there is a big lv difference. if hes not dual summoning or has a bp or angel out i would just keep using frozen snare on the hawk and when the evoker trys to dual summon a bp or angel just stun him and spam energy beat thats what i like to do try and keep a restoration on urself

He's just too high.. that's all. Get to R6 and youll have a better chance of beating him.

first of all, this music is very feminine. are you a girl?
second, i used to be an evoker and i can tell you now going for their pets doesn't work.
i had a bp 10x and nonbuffed it had 11k hp with great equips, it just wouldnt go down not with self heal.
your best bet, hope his range lock doesn't hit you, disable the pet/s he has, and go for him and keep it ranged, making sure to disable him.
