I believe that medical uses of cannabis is good. But what the drug does to people when using recreational purposes. It does cause mental health issues and can cause deaths.

I get your point but I disagree with you. It's true that you can die from choking on your own vomit aswell as it is possible to be too stoned - and even vomiting - due to a heavy intake of cannabis. But I'd be surprised if someone was ever unable to tilt his head when vomiting.
And stoned people react rather slow but I cannot imagine a situration where such a person would be of any inconvenience in traffic; if you're too stoned, you wouldn't get off the couch.

It doesn't cure cancer, it treats it. There is no such thing as a cure for cancer, just treatments.
Cannabis does contain alkaloids that kill cancer and tumors, one of the best treatments there is for cancer. But it doesn't cure it, because its not guaranteed to always get rid of cancer in anyone. EG. Chemotherapy isn't a cure for cancer, its a treatment.

Maybe it is good in some way ;) it makes you ask questions, but feeding thc to your brain receptors, that will trigger more dopamine, would it not affect the receptors in some way by making them less reponsive on the long run? Marijuana has several uses and can be ingested, used topically, or smoked. The people that use it for its medicinal properties aren't using it to get "high" they're using it to alleviate symptoms which professional doctors deemed appropriate of a prescription for marijuana. I don't think the munchies "out way" daily pain.
