I own this dvd.  Anasma is an amazing artist and choreographer. Her teaching method is deep yet easy to follow & well presented. This material is ADVANCED. One 8 count combination might take 8 hours to learn!

You know what? You are NEVER too over the hill to do something. I am so glad you got this DVD. You will love it. The fact that you want to try it.....I gauruntee you will walk away with something yo can use that will make your dance more beautiful because you reached out and tried something new. Good for you! Would that more dancers of ALL ages would do the same! I recently left my teacher....who kept telling me she was "done cooking". If you quit learning you quit growing... what a shame.

The DVD arrived on Fri and I'm so pleased I got it, really great tutorials that will lend itself perfectly to what I want to learn and put into my routines! @Sahiralyn It's not about excercise. It's about self-expression in dance. Side-effects are core strength and such, yes, but if you're after those only, you'll be better off lifting weights or something.

OK I thought this would be awful, but it's great! ^o^ She is so beautiful! Her movements are so flowing and graceful. I see the hip hop but it's entertaining and tasteful, not raunchy in the least. Her belly dance is like water--smooth :D AND she has the prettiest outfits I've ever seen! ^_____^
